The newly-renovated home features an open-concept great room with a kitchen fully stocked with tools, a dining room table that seats 8, an oversized sofa with a huge TV to match, and a bar with a wine fridge.

Just off the great room you will find a "Man Cave" game room with a regulation-size pool table, another sofa, another full-size fridge, a huge TV, toys, children's books, and board games. Along the same hallway as the man cave are the powder room and laundry room with two full-sized washers and dryers.

The massive Bedroom 1 has a king bed, sitting area, and an even more massive en suite bathroom with a shower, spa tub, toilet room, and walk-in closet.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have king beds and Bedroom 5 has queen bunk beds with railings, perfect for kids to share. These four bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a full tub and one with a shower.

Bedroom 1 has a large walk-in closet with lots of room for hanging clothes. Bedrooms 2 and 5 also have closets for hanging clothes.

All of the bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV in each room with streaming services, and the beds are made with 100% cotton sheets.

Outside you will find an ENORMOUS back yard with two outdoor dining tables with bistro string lights overhead, a heated pool, lounge chairs, tree swings, and plenty of room to run & play.

There is a $75 pet fee per stay for up to 2 pets.
There is a $150 Administrative Fee for planned events only to cover cleaning for any events or parties with guests not staying at the property.

Guest access: Entire home minus locked closet.

POOL HEATER: The swimming pool will be available to be heated at a fee of $189.50 flat per reservation in fall, winter, and spring. The temperature will be set at 84 degrees. Should you opt out of paying the fee, the pool will have a locked fence installed around it during your stay. The fee can be paid directly at check-in.

POOL CHILLER: The swimming pool will be available to be chilled at a fee of $189.50 flat per reservation in summer. The temperature will be set at 87 degrees. Should you opt out of paying the fee, the pool will be around 95 degrees.

POOL FENCE: The pool patio has a removable pool fence that you can request to have up or down ahead of your stay. There is no cost to have the pool fence put up or taken down.

Maintenance people, such as the lawn service and pool service, may be on the exterior of property from time to time.
