湖frontの敷地にある豪華なキャビン！

Thank you for your comments, although we wish you had communicated with us during your stay.. The only communication or note we received (beyond a wave) was asking about our wifi password; our simple check-in and check-out procedures were not followed.  The cabin is exactly as pictured in the listing, so we are unclear as to what you were expecting. All of our are well stocked with bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies, wifi, flat screen tvs, propane BBQs, and outdoor furniture. Additionally, we provide complementary paper towels, toilet paper, soap, firewood and bottled water, as well as other household necessities  Further, we have 400 feet of frontage on Cayuga Lake, as well two swimming areas, small boats for our guests to borrow, and several docks to enjoy. All of our porches and decks on the upper units directly face the lake with the exception of the cabin you chose, but the lake is clearly visible from the Cabin 7 porch as it is angled towards the water.   As our listing clearly notes, we are the largest private lakefront rental property in the Ithaca area and we have 2 houses, 9 cabins and 2 yurts and are surrounded by the woods at the end of a 1/2 mile private road. As the unit you rented is clearly labeled Cabin 7, we are sorry to hear that you were expecting a totally remote destination.  We have five seasonal vacation renters in RVs and campers behind the cabin units, as reflected on the map of our property. There are stacks of construction lumber approximately 100 feet behind the cabins. As you may or may not be aware, all construction work was shut down this spring due to COVID and and this necessitated that we store it on-site.  As we do not want to inconvenience our guests by completing construction projects during their stay, we are waiting until the offseason. This, unfortunately, is one of the many challenges small family businesses like ours have had to endure in this COVID year, which we would have been happy to explain the situation to you if you had taken the opportunity to talk when we made our rounds to the guest units. It was our understanding that you were having a good visit, and it is disappointing to only find out something to the contrary after our opportunity to address a guest complaint has passed. We wish you a healthy, happy 2020 and encourage you to be more upfront with other VRBO hosts in the future during your stay.

Thank you for you comments, however they do not reflect Cabin 7. Out of courtesy, we moved you to a different unit with two twin beds to better accommodate your party that included 2 children. As you did not stay in Cabin 7, your feedback, while appreciated, does not reflect this specific unit.
