We're located only 20 min from downtown Denver and 20 min from downtown Boulder. Shops, movies, kid-friendly indoor activities, golf courses, hiking, grocery stores, and fantastic restaurants are all located within minutes! The house is located in a unique and sleepy little neighborhood, so it's best if your group is ready to take things inside by 10 pm.



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft is readily available in our area. The B Line (train from Westminster to Union Station in Denver) is only a 10 min drive away!

Great house and very accommodating host. Summer even went as far as to help ship back some expensive gifts that we accidentally left at the house and didn't realize until we made it to the airport! The house itself is very spacious and worked well for our group, and was around plenty of food and stores for our needs.

We have stayed in a good number of vacation homes and this by far was the best. From the first communication with inquiries to the check out the host was amazing, helpful and honest. The property was clean, well kept, and accuratly described. It was what we needed and waaaay more. In the past we have always had to pack extras to be sure we have everything we needed, whether it was linens, kitchen supplies, or cleaning supplies. This house was stocked and furnished beyond any of my highest expectations. We had a large number of occupants and it NEVER seemed crowded. The landscaping and patio is beautiful and the game room a super bonus. To have more than 15 girls over the age of 13 in a house and never a fight for a bathroom. Wow!! This place and its host come highly recommend. 15/10 :)

Beautiful property

This property has lots of room. Kitchen is spacious and living areas were inviting. Host made it feel like home. The location of the property is close to town in case you need groceries. Definitely happy we stayed here.

Cool house

Very cool house in a good location. The house was clean and great for a family get together. With four small children it was nice to have bedrooms that were away from the living room so adults could talk without fear of waking the children. The game room was a big hit with everyone.

Wonderful family vacation home

Golf Trip

Location was great, neighborhood is quite and anything you need is within a couple miles of the house. The open layout of the main rooms and patio worked great for our group to gather and socialize. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

It was by far the best VRBO we've stayed at. Tons of room for everyone to spread out. Clean. Nice amenities. Easy check-out process. The only "issues" were exceptionally minor: In the Master bedroom, for example, one of the lamps was a little wonky & the remote for the fan needed batteries. A couple of the windows wouldn't open. But a running joke was "we need a refund!" because the place overall was just exceptional.

Family Gathering

Great house for a group!

We had two families (10 people) stay for 6 nights. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was a great jumping off point to explore Red Rocks, Golden, and Boulder. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. Would highly recommend this home.

Exceptional Stay with Thoughtful Extras – Highly Recommend!

The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The house was not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but it was also stocked with so many extra amenities that made our stay incredibly easy and comfortable. From the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (and then some!) to the thoughtful touches like cozy blankets, games, and even toiletries, they’ve thought of everything.

Had a blast!

We used this wonderful Vrbo for the wedding party of our wedding and we had a blast! If it wasn’t a Vrbo I’d maybe try to buy this house because it’s so nice! The owners left us some s’mores and were very accommodating! 10/10 would come back!

Great place for our work team's annual retreat

This space and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We were quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great to work with. The backyard looked so inviting; unfortunately, it was too cold for us to make full use of it.

Great House, Great Yard, We had a Great ime!

Our group of 12 adults had a great stay in this Mid Century Mod! This is a huge house with plenty of space. The backyard space is great, we spent most of the day outdoors! Plenty of parking for several cars. No shortage of space on this property! Nice neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants close by. Owners were very responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again! Great rental experience!
