We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

The home offers something for every type of guest, whether you are looking to relax or play. The private theater room features a 75-inch Smart TV with reclining sofas, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings or rainy days. For more lively fun, the fully equipped game room includes an Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. A swinging chair, sectional couch, and board games add even more ways to enjoy time together. Children can settle into the KidzKorner with bean bags, plush toys, and books, ensuring younger guests feel right at home.

Outdoor living
Step out into the backyard and you’ll find a private oasis designed for both relaxation and social gatherings. Wellness is equally easy to maintain, with a home gym that features a punching bag, weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats. Scenic walking and biking trails just steps away provide another way to stay active during your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and essentials, including a blender, rice maker, and coffee maker. Ample counter space makes meal prep simple, whether you’re cooking for a few or a crowd. Meals can be enjoyed around the dining table that comfortably seats 12, or outdoors at the barbecue grill and patio dining area.

Sleeping arrangements
Five spacious bedrooms ensure everyone has room to relax. Upstairs, you’ll find four private bedrooms with soft linens and extra blankets. The downstairs suite features twin XL Murphy beds with privacy curtains, and an additional air mattress provides flexibility for larger groups. In total, the home accommodates up to 13 guests.

Bathrooms
With 3.5 bathrooms across three levels, convenience and comfort are always within reach. The master ensuite includes a large vanity, while the guest bath offers a full tub. The lower level features a newly renovated walk-in shower, providing options for every preference.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is made simple with a high chair, Pack ’n Play, baby bath, corner guards, and children’s dinnerware. Books, toys, and safe play areas are thoughtfully provided so younger guests feel just as welcome as adults.

Location and nearby attractions
Set in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, the property offers quick access to trails, parks, and attractions. Explore the Ralston Creek Trail, kayak at Arvada Blunn Reservoir, or head to Apex Park for hiking and climbing. Olde Town Arvada’s restaurants and shops are just minutes away, while Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Boulder, and local ski areas are all within easy driving distance.

This home combines space, comfort, and a wide range of amenities, making it ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, or work retreats close to both Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
