7つのベッドルーム、ビーチからすぐの家、すべての新しい窓、暖房、冷房、新しいドアの床、バスルーム、照明、家具、電化製品、キッチンなどを完全にやり直します。
暖炉の上には70インチのフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。朝食用のキッチンにはバースツール、キッチンにはフラットスクリーンテレビがあり、朝食、ランチ、ディナーをお楽しみいただけます。お気に入りの番組で、ビートを見逃すことはありません。 1階は非常に広々としたオープンフロアプランで、家全体に流れるように配置されています。すべてのベッドルームは互いに離れているため、部屋の上部は決して感じられません。

We had a great stay! Location was wonderful and host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Everything was as described and plenty of nice spaces for our group. Having extra refrigerator space was wonderful, and the kitchen had everything we needed the perfect setting for a fantastic week!

Beach trip

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with a large group of friends. The house was extremely close to the beach and offered more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. I would stay here again

Three generations of our family (16 of us) stayed here and had a wonderful week. We enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool and deck, front porch, and spacious interior of the home. We went to the beach and boardwalk every day as they are steps (less than one block) from the house.

We had the best long weekend at Delancy Place. The house is walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Quick ride to the casinos. Martin was quick to respond with any questions I had. The house was very clean and spacious for all my family attending. Would highly recommend and would love to spend another weekend there!

Family Gathering

Very nice house. Pool was a great break from the beach for the kids. Ample space for our group of 14. Could even fit all of us around the table. Located on a lovely street and an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Great front porch to hang out on for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Martin was very attentive to our questions and needs.

Terrific Home

This house was incredible! Remodeled and spacious with fantastic amenities. The new saltwater pool and deck area were a tremendous hit with the family and used every day! We definitely plan on staying again when we come back to the area. I highly recommend this property!

Great weekend!

Stayed with 14 friends for a long weekend. House was great. Martin was a fantastic host. Nice time hanging out by the heated pool. Highly recommended!!!

Just fine

The house is ok but the pool filter wasn’t working for a full day of our stay and the owner didn’t respond for over 12 hours (he told us he would be somewhere with spotty signal and then didn’t answer from 9 AM to 10 PM). Didn’t apologize, said it might have turned off automatically if it got wet (how does a pool filter not get wet if it’s under a deck holding a pool?), but no apologies or discount for the big inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful home for a great family vacation

Oversized downstairs kitchen area, dining room and 2 living rooms for everyone to share. The outside, private shower and deck pool were used after each beach visit. Our host, Martin, was in touch with us every day to make sure we were happy.

Birthday Celebration

Came to town for a brief stay to celebrate my friends birthday. The property is magnificent and close to everything one could possibly need. The house is clean, tastefully remodeled, and extremely safe. The owner is kind and respectful. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent large group property

The owner was pleasant and communicated often to be sure check in would be fine and to make sure the stay was going well. The house was huge and easily accommodated our whole group ( basketball team and parents ) it was clean and up to date and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay the pool was clean and refreshing being close to the beach allowed nice early morning runs/walks and easy afternoon beach trip The huge table allowed for enjoyable group meals together the beds and linens were clean soft and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for our large group. We would definitely stay here again thanks for a great experience

Wonderful Place

We spent a family vacation here with 5 adults and 4 children just after the 4th of July. It was exactly as described in the listing. Very spacious and nicely furnished. The children loved the plunge pool off the deck where we spent much of our time while at the house. Communication with Martin was excellent. Any small issues and questions were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend the house for large groups who are looking for convenient access to the beach and the Atlantic City boardwalk.

A Perfect Family Get-away

We celebrated my mom’s birthday and 4th of July in this home and we were thrilled in every way. Just steps from the beach & boardwalk, the house offers everything you need for a beautiful stay at the shore. We loved the deck pool for late night swims and found the kitchen to be very easy to prepare meals for all 16 of us. Bedrooms were all very well appointed as well. Martin, the property manager, was a dream. Very communicative and helpful in every way. Highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion Destination

Our family of 17 people had a great time in the house. There were plenty of bedrooms upstairs and multiple rooms on the first level for all our gathering events. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed, and plenty of places to sit. The walk to the beach was half a block away, and the water was wonderful. Many of us started our day with coffee brought to the tables on the front porch. This vacation was perfect for everything we needed, and then some. Martin made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were having a great time. It would be a wonderful place to visit again.

fabulous home, perfect for all ages

Martin and his team were fantastic to work with. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the finishes, linens, furnishings and amenities were over-the-top luxurious. This home was immaculate and pristine upon arrival. The beds were cozy and the air conditioning was super cold (we needed it in the 100 degree plus days). Martin checked in to see if we needed anything and was hospitable and kind. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on the beach block and spend time on a beautiful beach in a beautiful home, the out door shower after a day at the beach was awesome Martin out did himself. He is the best!

Lifetime Movie

This was not a good experience at all. The manager told me days before that they have a heated pool. It is also advertised on the Vrbo site. The pool was not filled, no ladder present to get in 5-6 foot round "tub". The pool had to be repaired because the liner had a hole in it. The property had various men on and off the property. We were a group of women on a church retreat. Men were in the basement, mechanic, plumber, painter was there all three days while we were there. Even painting outside in the rain, that seemed suspect. Another guy he said they call him, "Rabbi" dropped by using the driveway to visit the painter. We felt totally unsafe with men on and off the property. We received towels and no wash cloths. I had to go buy wash cloths for all 16 of us. There were various locked doors inside the house, one had a wire running from the locked door into a vent that was by the bed. Holes were in the walls. There was ants in one of the beds and dead flies in that room. There were stains on the mattress cover. The manager apologized for some of the things, but did not seem to offer any compensation for the bad experience. False advertisement. It smelled like porta potty by the third day, coming from the vents and basement. He said one of us put a glove in the toilet. No one had any gloves. His word against ours... apologies is not enough to help us feel safe. The basement door was left open when we were away from the house by one of the workers.

Great family place

We stayed here with family/friends, it was great. Very close to the beach, some walkable restaurants, pizza, and deli/market. Beach is not crowded. House is very comfortable nicely furnished, good beds/mattresses all very nicely kept. The house has great space for families to share and have some private and together space. We really enjoyed our stay!

mansion on the beach

this was our first family vacation and it was wonderful house was big and roomy for our family...kids had a great time in the pool and at the beach...grandparent treat and so worthwhile!!!
