Just a few feet from the Beach and Boardwalk! Less than 10 min walk to Tropicana casino. The apartment is surrounded by the best that Atlantic City has to offer! Awesome restaurants, bars, casinos and shops are within minutes of the property.

This sunny beach apartment is the upper level of a Duplex. Step into a cozy space with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. It is on the smaller side, but very cozy and in a great vicinity to the boardwalk and beach!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-Both bedrooms are adorned with cozy linens.
-Each bedroom has a smart TV for your viewing pleasure (no cable, just streaming apps).

BEDROOM 1: 1 King Size Bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is brand new, fully stocked with amenities and new appliances.
-There is an eating nook with 4 modern high stools and a charming coffee station perfect for a morning cup of brew.

LIVING ROOM:
-The Living room is cozy with a pull out couch and large smart TV.

AMENITIES:
-The home is also equipped with Wifi, several games, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning/heat and much more!
-The apartment has it's own thermostat for temperature controls.

LOCATION:
This property is in a great vicinity to all that Atlantic City has to offer! Practically beachside, you can enjoy the sun and ocean, stroll the boardwalk and piers, visit eateries and bars, gamble at the nearby Casinos and shop till you drop at the Tanger Outlets.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire upstairs apartment.
-This apartment is the upper floor of a duplex.
-The lower level guests share the same front entry, but each apartment has its own separate entrance.
- Since this is a duplex, attached property close to the Boardwalk, there is the potential for noise. You may hear neighbors or people walking from the Boardwalk.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is only on street parking at this property.
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.
-You will be provided with 1 residential parking permit to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage.
-$100 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out.
-We strive to provide parking permits for our guests' convenience; however, please note that availability is limited. The city issues a set number of permits and unfortunately does not replace lost or unreturned ones. While we do our best to ensure permits are available for your stay, there may be rare instances when a previous guest has misplaced one. We sincerely apologize if this occurs and appreciate your understanding.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-For extra vehicles, there are several paid parking lots and meters in the area, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check-in information.
-There is also a parking garage at Stockton University on Atlantic Avenue.

MAIL:
-Please do not ship items to the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
-Please be advised, since this property is a few feet from the beach and Boardwalk, it is easy to track sand into the unit and it is common that winds that come off the ocean might blow some sand through the window air conditioning vents or if exterior doors are left open.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
-There are Ring Cameras in the exterior entrance stairway of the property.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "Wavecrest", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

AMENITIES:
-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

-If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings.
-Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees.
-Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments.
-Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking.

OTHER DETAILS:
-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes.
-This is NOT a party house. City-wide quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
-We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home.
-Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night.
-You must be 21 and over to book.
-We ask that you please read the house rules and listing in full when booking.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
AMENITIES and SUPPLIES
Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies.
One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
VIOLATIONS and PENALTIES
Violations may result in: Denied entry or immediate removal without refund
Additional fees for damages, unapproved guests, or rule violations

We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much, that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from a far and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move here and start our business!
