I really wanted to like this house, but there were just too many deficiencies.
First, the level of cleanliness was LACKING. There was clothing and other items from previous guests in one of the bedrooms, and excessive mildew build-up in the bathrooms. And, this was not a small amount of mildew from maybe the house being closed up for a bit or just normal moisture, this is the kind that comes from a lack of adequate cleaning. There was also a disconcerting amount of mold around the kitchen sink. Seriously gross! It was NOT just the expected and forgivable quantity for a house directly on the water. The faucet is too short for the sink and this not only makes washing dishes more difficult than necessary but also causes excessive splash-over onto the counter. Add to this that some of the furniture is dingy, the individual ac units throughout the house are filthy, and the flooring is chipped, worn, and gapped up in the common areas making the whole place look just dirty and in need of repair.
Second, and I cannot stress this enough, the dining chairs are THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE chairs I have ever had the displeasure of sitting in. Unless you are a toddler or a less-than-average sized adult, you won't be sitting comfortably around the living area or dinner table in these chairs socializing.
Third, you will hear EVERYHTING your neighbors do.

If you're with a large, loud group who don't mind noisy neighbors, and you plan to stay out and not relax in, this house may be ideal for you. But, it is not my idea of a "luxury" rental.
On the plus side, it does have great views from the balconies, there is a convenient boardwalk out to the beach, it has a nice grill, there is access to two pools, and the house is close to shopping and dining.
