Our party consisted of 5 adults, a 3 year old and an 11 month old. We stayed for 4 nights. There was PLENTY of space for everyone and the view from the balcony of the 28th floor was breathtaking. The kids loved all the amenities the condo had to offer (outdoor pools, indoor pools, and playground). The condo was very clean. We only had a few issues during our stay. All the beds in every bedroom were quite worn, uncomfortable, and very noisy. The vent hood in the kitchen kept turning off. Because of this, the smoke alarm would go off. This happened twice before we notified liquid life. They put in a work order and the issue was resolved quickly. However one issue that was never resolved was the hot tub on the balcony. When we first arrived we noticed the hot tub was very murky. We asked if someone could come out to take a look at it. They sent someone the next day. The gentleman added chemicals and tried to run the hot tub. However, he said something was wrong with the motor and he said they would have to send out a mechanic to check it out. So the next day, the mechanic came and he said that it just needs more water. They would send someone else out to add more water. Later in the day, the man that was supposed to add more water said according to the schedule, the water should have been replaced the second day we were there. But that never happened. He said that would have to send someone else out to drain the water the next day. No one ever came to drain the water. And it was our last night of vacation. So unfortunately, we never got to enjoy the private hot tub on the balcony. I think the hot tub incident was a lot of miscommunication. But other than that, everything was great! I would definitely recommend Turquoise Palace and Liquid Life.
