Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and brand new to the rental market! The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. As an added feature to this unit we allow our guest to use the owners closet located on the same floor as the unit. It can be used for extra room to store your beach supplies, chairs, rafts, coolers, and much more. You will be given a door code to access the owners closet. We also offer you free use of our owners closet across the hall from the unit to store your beach supplies in.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 12 in beds. Plus there is an additional Sofa Sleeper for two additional person for a total of 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
