The property is fine, the location is great. The ice-maker did not work and leaked water on the floor that we had to clean up daily. The washing machine didn't work either, we discovered the last day. When we called to report the ice-maker issue, on arrival, it was evidently not conveyed to the repairperson. When the repairman finally showed up, three days later, he said he didn't have the necessary parts to fix the problem. As for the washer, when we reported it, after the fact, the property manager insisted that it worked fine. (It may be that the water was turned off at a valve we didn't have access to, but it most certainly did not work.) So check all the appliances when you arrive and don't count on the property management company to fix things if there is a problem.
