Our extended family of eight people loved staying on this property. The interior of the house is lovely, and it Is stocked with towels, beach towels, bedding, and more. The bedrooms are comfy, as are the beds and bedding. Gorgeous bathrooms!!! The pool was the highlight of our stay, and we all spent a great deal of time in there. Jason quickly responded to any questions we had, as well. Highly recommend this property!!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house on Sebasticook Lake in Maine. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how tastefully decorated and immaculately clean the home was. Every room felt cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The property offered plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed relaxing by the lake, swimming in the pool, and taking advantage of the games and outdoor space. One of the highlights of our trip was being able to rent a boat and explore the lake — it made the experience even more memorable.The hosts were friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. If we travel back to Maine we would definitely stay here again!

Graduation weekend

We had a family of 10 people for the UMaine graduation weekend. The house and grounds were beautiful on the lake, master bed and second floor en-suite were classical and gorgeous - sleeping situation on 3rd floor wasn’t as expected but it as fine for the weekend. Sleeping porch would be perfect for summer. The wood stove was so nice to get the chill from the air… lots of extras on the kitchen!! New appliances and kitchen was gorgeous! Close stores in the area! Have a wonderful time and highly recommended

Family Wedding

This property fit all 10 of us very comfortably with even extra beds that were not even touched. Huge! The updated bathrooms were beautiful and so helpful when 10 people had to get ready for the wedding. It also helped that the air conditioner throughout the rooms kept us cool at all times. The large kitchen accommodated all of us and they had every utensil we needed, as we ate all meals there for 5 days except day of wedding. We had great weather so was outside around the pool which was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and always replied immediately to any questions. Highly recommend, we all agreed to rate it a 10.

Great family rental

Once again we had a fantastic stay at Jason's home in Newport. The kids spent hours in the pool and on the lake. Jason is quick to answer questions and great to work with.

Perfect Maine Getaway!

Our extended family recently stayed at Jason's lake house and had a fantastic time! The house has all kinds of space to spread out. The pool was sparkling clean and got plenty of use. And the kids all enjoyed kayaking and spending time on the lake. Jason was very quick to answer all of our questions and responded in minutes when we had an unexpected problem. We've already booked for next year and can't wait to go back?

Great stay and great house!

Very much enjoyed the home on sabisticook lake. Jason was attentive to all of our needs and any requests we had. There was only one issue with some water from a shower, but Jason was quick to respond. The pictures of the inside of the house should be updated to match the new decorations and great renovations that were made. The house was decorated tastefully and had all the necessities, plus. Thank you for a memorable visit !

Family Vacation

Our family of 12 spent 10 days here. The property and home had everything we needed and more. Jason was very quick to answer questions and was great at communicating with us during our stay. We enjoyed the lake views, and the deck and pool. Our teens also enjoyed the Sawyers Dairy Bar several evenings! Downside was the amount of driving we had to do in order to get to any of the ‘main attractions’, but we did know that going into it. Overall, we made lots of memories and would recommend this property without reservation.

Nice old house that needs some work

Our family of 4 adults had a nice time at this old house, but it needs some work and a thorough cleaning. Jason was a great host. He was quick to respond to our need for help with WIFI access and even provided starter wood for our outdoor fire.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely stunning property. Older house overlooking the lake with a beautiful yard and lots of places to play for the children. Wonderful place to make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Perfect space!

6 adults and 2 kids (under 3) had a fantastic time on our vacation. The house had plenty of space to hang out or separate, the kitchen and eating space was large, the pool and yard was fantastic to play with the kids and the lake and fire pits made our days and nights filled with family fun. Jason was super easy to reach and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We've already booked to return next year!

Excellent Vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We plan on getting together again and it was a unanimous decision to return to this lovely house. Our stay was excellent and nothing could have made it any better. Jason could not have been nicer in making our perfect. Cannot wait to return.

Relaxing lake house

We had a Great Lake house vacation. Jason (the owner) was very responsive to all our questions, helped out at the house when we needed it, and gave us recommendations of stuff to do. The home has a pool and private access to the lake. Lots to do! We will definitely stay here again.

Great quiet family getaway

Jason was a fantastic host, always available if needed. House is great with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The pool was perfect for the kids and we also enjoyed using the boat on the lake. Basketball court and other outdoor games were a great bonus! Roasting marshmallows in the two fire pits was a great way to finish each day! Wonderful relaxing family vacation!

Wonderful vacation

Our family had a relaxing and fun stay at this beautiful property. Jason was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The pics do not do this property justice. It’s a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Our family had a great time in the pool and enjoyed all the lake activities. It’s a quick trip to Bangor for all kinds of activity. We highly recommend this property for your next family vacation.
