Enjoy swimming and fishing along 100' of waterfront or go for a paddle with the canoe, kayaks, and paddle board. Back country hiking along adjacent snowmobile/x-country skiing/ATV trails. Perfect little getaway, that felt like 100 miles from civilization but was less than 30 minutes from everything you might need. Beautiful, and scenic.

Super comfortable and cozy remodeled lake front house. A really magical place. Took us about an hour to slowly paddle around the lake - absolutely gorgeous. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Hope we get to return someday.

We had an amazing time. It was so peaceful on the pond. We had so much fun kayaking and sitting around the fire pit by the water at night was just what we all needed. Great house, great location, great vacation!

Holly's house was exactly what we were looking for. Big kitchen with all the right pots/pans/tools to cook big meals after working at the Common Ground Fair down the road. Great to wake up every morning and look out the sliding glass doors to the lake!

Cozy & Relaxing Maine Vaca

The camp was everything and more- stunning views, privacy and close to nature & the quiet lake! The house was so beautiful and cozy! We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic and peaceful

This house is absolutely lovely. The kitchen has everything a cooking enthusiast could want. The view of the lake from the bedrooms is perfect. The living room is a very comfortable spot to curl up with a good book and a fantastic view of the lake. It was awesome to be able to have Kayaks and a paddleboard there for our use as well. Holly answered all the questions I had and was a wonderful host. I would recommend this space for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

気になった点 : 清潔度
Great location , beautiful scenery, but not as clean as we would have hoped. The place was dusty and even had some cobwebs in corners, as if no one had been in the property for a while. Also the deck is in such poor condition it was unsafe. Having a usable deck would add greatly to the enjoyment of the property. The owner was very accommodating in some last minute changes to the rental which was a definite plus and we appreciated that.

We were surprised by this feedback but appreciate it either way. We pride ourselves on taking such good care of our special spot and I know that the cleaner works very hard to make sure that everything is well maintained and cleaned although I am sure that she can miss a spot sometimes. As far as the deck is concerned, it is on our list of projects, but it has been evaluated by a contractor and was reported to be safe for use. I know that it isn't brand new, but safety hasn't been a concern.
