Great Stay

Such a nice place to stay, location was perfect, convenient to restaurants, walkable to Grove Park for a fabulous Spa Day. We felt so welcomed by such nice hosts, that thought of everything to make a five star stay. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Awesome cottage!

Felt we were at home the moment we walked through the door. Super close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville. Inside the property was really clean. We will be back for sure.

Beautifully restored cottage

Great place to stay in Asheville

I stayed here for a weekend getaway to Asheville and absolutely loved this cottage. Super cute on the inside and in a lovely location. I enjoyed walking around the scenic area. The cottage was perfect. Looks even better in person than in the pictures.

Great Cottage!

I attended a conference at the Omni Hotel up the street, and the Three Bears cottage was an excellent way to leave campus while remaining nearby. It was a great neighborhood, and the cottage was perfect. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Cottage

My husband and I just returned from Asheville and stayed at this amazing cottage for 3 nights. As other reviewers stated, it is well-appointed and perfect for a couple's getaway. We come to Asheville a few times a year and feel we have found our new favorite place to stay!

Beautiful little cottage

Loved this beautifully retored cottage in the historic district. It is well appointed with all the amenities in the most peaceful setting. Easy commute to restaurants and entertainment. We even saw a mama bear and 4 cubs on the property! Would definitely rent again.

Lovely first visit to Asheville

We wanted to see the art galleries in Asheville and the Chihuly glass exhibit at the Biltmore Estate, but didn’t want to stay there (as friends had). This beautifully renovated cottage sits uphill from the owner’s home next to the entrance of the Grove Park Inn in a very nice older neighborhood. Very comfortable for the two of us. Highly recommended!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We loved the property! It was perfect - welcoming the moment you unlocked the door. The hosts have provided comforts that you find in high end hotels - towels and bedding are amazing along with the goat milk toiletries (my favorite brand) Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings with roses and a water feature. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Grove Park

We had a great weekend at this place. The inside was clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. But the outside could use some cleaning up. Parking is very tight unless you drive a small vehicle. Also it is within walking distance of the Omni Grove Park inn.

Craig is a retired architect, and former Commissioner in the Historical Resource Commission and a board member in the Preservation Society of Asheville and Buncombe County. Liz is a internationally recognized cancer epidemiologist who enjoys pilates and yoga. Their dog is named Rose and is a Tibetan Terrier who loves everyone.

A historic property in a Swiss Chalet neighborhood that begs you to walk. Well-equipped kitchenette with small refrigerator, dishwasher, electric drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Breakfast beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamers and sweeteners) supplied. The bathroom includes a spacious shower and all new fixtures. All original art work including 19th century prints, Japanese vases and sculpture and oil painting.
