Everything was perfect for our weekend getaway. Michael, the host, was very communicative and even provide us with suggestions of restaurants and shops. We did not use the kitchen area for cooking, but there did seem to be plenty of utensils and cookware had we needed them.

Had an amazing stay at the Cozy Couples Escape and it was just as the name sugests! Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and everything else we needed. The host was prompt and polite in their responses, and checkout instructions were a breeze. I would 10/10 stay here again the next time we were passing through!

the property was perfect for our needs; ideally situated to downtown and other attractions. rooms were well appointed and very clean. the washer and dryer were a big plus loved the hot tub. will stay here again.

I originally designed and built this home for a close friend of the family. When she eventually moved on, I saw an opportunity to share the space with others visiting Asheville. I knew there was a real need for a high-quality, thoughtfully designed one-bedroom option close to downtown—and this spot was too special not to share. It’s nestled in a great neighborhood with quick access to everything Asheville has to offer, making it the perfect home base for couples or solo travelers.
