We don't allow parties on the property or groups over 6 adults. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near National and State parks.
There's room for 3 cars in the parking area. Please contact owner if additional parking is needed. The driveway and walk to beach are up/down a hill.

Wonderful, well-stocked and appointed home in a prime location! We loved the super comfy beds, deck seating, outdoor shower, and the “surprise” half bath. Everybody in the family lined up for it, lol! The front and back decks were great for stargazing as well. The meteor shower and moonrise were beautiful. Easy self check-in/checkout. Will absolutely stay here again, thank you!

A lovely family home a short walk to Chicken ranch Beach, and close to all that Point Reyes, Tomalas Bay, and the coast of CA has to offer.

Great property!

This is a lovely home with great views of Tomales Bay. Its really well equipped and kid friendly. We had a great stay with 3 generations of family. Also its a great location to chicken ranch beach and an easy drive to area attractions

Amazing Christmas!

We loved everything about this house for Christmas with our family. The spaces and bedrooms were comfortable for all of us and we loved the design of the house in that the design took advantage of the beautiful water views. This is also a great home for families because there were a lot of toys, as well as an electronic keyboard, guitar, etc. the kitchen was very well-appointed, also. The location is close to Point Reyes Lighthouse and trails and don’t get me started about the wonderful cheese in the area! This is a Christmas we will always remember!

Great views from indoors and balconies

We loved this house. The views were wonderful, as advertised. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with high quality appliances and cookware. The living room sofas were very comfortable, great for watching tv. We will return.

It was perfect. The house we rented was superb. It had everything you could want and was warm and welcoming and comfortable in every aspect. The view was incredible. Pt. Reyes is such a beautiful place I don’t know what more I can say.

Perfect Point Reyes getaway

We loved everything about the house—the views, the decks, the architectural details, the well-stocked kitchen, the location, the peace and quiet. It was the perfect place to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us!

Fantastic property with Amazing views

We stayed here with for a family gathering. Other family members live close by, so we have visited the area often, but this property was the nicest place we’ve stayed. The wrap around deck was wonderful for relaxing with fantastic views. The sunken living room was also a favorite gathering spot, with plenty of opportunities for entertainment and conversation. There was an extraordinarily well equipped kitchen, and even plenty of children’s toys and games. This house has it all and is perfect for family vacations. Nice location with easy accessibility to town and the National Seashore beaches and hiking trails.

Amazing house in perfect location

We’ve stayed at this house multiple times and love it more each time. The home is comfortable and very well appointed. The. I’m on areas are relaxing and perfect for our family - 8 of us! Everyone had their own space and the kids had lots of books to entertain them. Highly recommend this home!!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This home was absolutely beautiful, very family-friendly and perfectly situated in walking distance to a beach. The house was so wonderful that my kids never wanted to leave they just wanted to play.

Family Stay

We stayed three nights at this property with our two small kids (1yo, 3yo) and had a great time! There were lots of toys to keep them occupied and kid friendly items that made our stay that much easier. We were close enough to walk to Chicken Ranch Beach and a short drive from breakfast in the morning and fun things to do with kids. Communication with the host was easy, just make sure to screen shot check-in instructions since service is spotty at the house!

Peaceful house in a lovely spot

We had a wonderful stay in Inverness. The house was wonderful--clean, comfortable to live in, and with an amazing view of Tomales Bay. Everyone in our group raved about how much they loved the house and the area. The view from the living room is gorgeous and the house has everything you need! Justin was very easy and helpful to communicate with. Overall a great stay!

Amazing views, cozy house

This place was perfect for my family (including 2 kids) and parents in their 70s. Super convenient to have a bedroom on the first floor. Beautiful views, walkable to the beach, had everything!

Fantastic Home

We had a wonderful few days at the house. Everyone had a comfortable space for themselves. The living spaces were inviting and relaxing, plus the view was beyond beautiful. The location is very close to a lot of amenities - restaurants, beaches, and other activities. . We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Home and Terrific Location

Very comfortable and charming home. Terrific view of Tomales Bay. Peaceful and quiet location across the street from Chicken Ranch Beach. Kitchen was very well equipped. The home is well located for exploring Pt Reyes National Seashore and it's many beaches and hiking trails. Some great restaurants nearby including spots for local oysters. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the region!
