Beautiful 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people in a dream location, right at the foot of the most beautiful beaches on the Landes coast! Come and enjoy the idyllic sunset view over the ocean from your terrace. You might even be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins!

On the 2nd floor of a secure building, the apartment offers:

- an entrance hall
- a living room with a sofa and a pull-out bed (2 single beds 80x190cm), access to a balcony,
- a fully equipped and functional open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, appliances, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer
- a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a second balcony,
- an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this is a standard cleaning. If the apartment is left in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged.

PARKING SPACE:
Parking spaces within the residence are not assigned. We ask that you park only one vehicle.

ARRIVAL
You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.

If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; information will be sent on the morning of your arrival.

LINEN NOT PROVIDED
Sheets and towels are available for rent.
