HOSSEGOR PLAGE SUD- Residence LE POINT d'OR: lift, swimming pool and parking in the basement. Small apartment of approximately 22m2 for 2 people on the second floor with a superb view of the ocean. Private parking in the basement.
Entrance (1.7x2.7). Separate WC.
Living room (10.50m2) with 1 bed 140, opening onto a veranda (3.32x2.28) with a magnificent view of the ocean.
Kitchen area (1.6x1.6) separated from the living room by a drop-down table: top fridge, 2-burner electric hob and microwave grill.
Bathroom (approximately 3m2): basin and bath-shower.
A first line ocean view. Small surface but the veranda makes a significant dining area. Parking at this location is essential at this location. Local shops at the central beach make everyday life easier. Unique location allowing you to enjoy the beach without having to cross the street. Household linen not provided. Out of season provide heating package: contact us. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
