Beautiful, Quiet, Clean, Modern Property

We loved our stay at the Flats on Church street! It was near the wineries we wanted to go to, and in a really serene, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking around Washington Island as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Weekend in Door County

My husband and I had an amazing weekend getaway to Door County, and the Flats on Church St. was an awesome place to stay! Very modern style and a short distance to tons of fun wineries, restaurants, beaches, and shopping centers. Owners were very easy to get a hold of and kept in contact all weekend via email/text. Will definitely be back!!

Modern Flat

This modern flat was clean and easy to navigate (QR codes throughout to give instructions for TV, dishwasher, outdoor fire, etc). A few minutes walk to the main strip of Egg Harbour meant we didn’t have to fend for parking during the busy weekend! Rob & Suzie are very accommodating hosts and they’ve created a great space to stay in Door County. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the autumn!

24 hours of Door County

We had bolted from a conference to get 24 hours of Door County before heading back to the other side of the state where we reside. This is our second year staying here. Weather was cold when we arrived so we went to the market and bought snacks for dinner and watched a movie. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our charcuterie dinner. Thank you for another delightful stay in Egg Harbor.

Good option for couples

This is different from a lot of other options. It is sleek and modern, and close to all the restaurants and stores in Egg Harbor. There's no bedroom door, and with cement floors, it seemed a bit loud, and probably not ideal for more than 2 people. The cement is also the shower floor. While we used a towel, water did splash beyond the curtain/towel and made the floor slippery. Could be dangerous for little ones or older people. Overall, it met all of our needs and was clean. We would stay again.

Weekday stay

Good location, check in and communication was flawless. Lack of storage places and small refrigerator make this a tight stay but somewhat workable. Appears clean but if you look there are areas that could use some attention.
