Great place.

We loved the heated floors as it was pretty chilly while we were in Door County. It was a perfect place for two people for a couple days. We would stay here again.

Cutest little place!

This place was perfect for our mini anniversary trip! The place was clean and tidy! The owners were very responsive and check in and out was a breeze! Lots of cute shops and tons to do within walking distance, too!

Perfect couple's getaway

We loved our stay at The Flats. It was modern, comfortable and clean. The only item that would have been a bonus would have been a cozy blanket that we could have used for the couch while watching TV.

Luxury weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed at The Flats on Church Street for a fall weekend and we loved our stay! Everything was clean and modern and it was such a luxurious destination for our stay in the Door County area. Highly recommend this stay!

Egg Harbor-Flats on Church Street

The property was as presented on-line—great location with good off-street parking; small, but well laid out floor plan and good finishes; nice patio; walking distance to Egg Harbor restaurants and good jumping off point for exploring Door County! Enjoyed our time and would stay there again!!!

In town for wine dinner

Came to Door County for a wine dinner and needed a convenient place to stay. Lovely unit. Clean. Great architecture. Friendly hosts. Epilepsy definitely stay here again!

4th time’s a charm

We’ve stayed at the flats 4x now. No complaints. Feels like home everytime we check in. Great location, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable, safe. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple as it is a smaller place.

Great experience!

We enjoyed staying at the Flats on Church Street. The location was great for us and the property is exactly as it looks and is described. This would be a great rental for individuals, couples or groups/families looking for multiple rentals together. The hosts provided great communication and true hospitality, including recommendations to great local hidden gems.

Fun Style and Unique Amenities

Unique modern yet comfortable style with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. The bed is sooooo comfortable. The location is great too. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only thing I can think of to suggest for improvement is adding more comfortable seating on the patio. Overall a fabulous retreat and I would highly recommend it!

Great location

Not sure it's the perfect place for kids, but what a great location...can walk downtown or be in Fish Creek in 8 minutes. We use VRBO so our loud boys can do what they want in the mornings...was worried that the connecting units would hear them. So, it defeats that purpose. Nicely decorated and clean.

Modern Comfortable Stay

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this property during our annual trip to Door County. I personally loved the location and think Egg Harbor is the best town to be-right in the middle and a quick drive everywhere. The check in was very simple and quick. The property is well maintained and lovely. The spaces are modern and updated with furniture, art, and decor from local businesses. The shower was great (water gets and stays hot!) and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. Loved having a large TV in both the living and bedroom areas. Smart TVs so you can access any streaming accounts. Wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Flats. It was a quiet, relaxing, private (off-season) and convenient retreat for our anniversary. The location is excellent, or at least will be when road work is finished, for drives to shopping, dining, water views and parks. The house/suite was clean and modern, with lovely heated floors. The kitchen in #103 is well equipped but has a mini-fridge, better for short stays. Although there are instructions on how to operate almost everything in the house, we didn't really figure out the thermostat or the bathroom fan (the button, a logo, doesn't adjust the number of minutes, but the % you want it to run, from 10% of the time to 100% of the time) until near the end of our stay. Overall, we had a great time and hope to come back. Highly recommend!
