Neighborhood Condo in 12South

Clean, safe, quiet, and spacious condo right on 12th Ave S. Perfect for folks who want good food, shopping, and an easy drive to downtown Nashville without the honky tonk atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Great Place!!

What a wonderful place! We had a great stay here... perfect location and space. It was very quiet, safe free parking, and very walkable to restaurants , coffee shop and shopping! We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Music City!

Love this place!

We have stayed here multiple times and it is the easiest spot because of easy access to Belmont, shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location and amenities

This apartment had a spacious kitchen/loving space, and large bed and bath. It was in the heart of 12 South where we could walk to many dining and shopping options. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic all around!

This host knows what they are doing. Incredible new condo in the heart of 12 South. Nice details like Krueg coffee and tea station. Bed was really comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Needs TLC

Well situated to enjoy 12 South Neighborhood with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. This unit could use an update. Lots of dust in bathroom vents and on the wall and many areas in kitchen and bathroom needing sheetrock / wood repairs and paint. No longer brand new construction as advertised but still a nice condo with comfortable amenities and would stay again. Check in and check out was seamless and communication was easy.

12 South Dream Property

This condo could be my new favorite place to stay when I visit my son in Nashville. Location is ideal for enjoying the 12 South lifestyle. Safely walk everywhere in the area. Easy Uber transit to other parts of the city. Added bonus if you are cookie lover, Christie's snickerdoodle scent welcomes you home (cookie bakery located in the same building.)
