Neighborhood Condo in 12South

Clean, safe, quiet, and spacious condo right on 12th Ave S. Perfect for folks who want good food, shopping, and an easy drive to downtown Nashville without the honky tonk atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Great Place!!

What a wonderful place! We had a great stay here... perfect location and space. It was very quiet, safe free parking, and very walkable to restaurants , coffee shop and shopping! We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Music City!

Great Location, Needs TLC

Well situated to enjoy 12 South Neighborhood with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. This unit could use an update. Lots of dust in bathroom vents and on the wall and many areas in kitchen and bathroom needing sheetrock / wood repairs and paint. No longer brand new construction as advertised but still a nice condo with comfortable amenities and would stay again. Check in and check out was seamless and communication was easy.

Love this place!

We have stayed here multiple times and it is the easiest spot because of easy access to Belmont, shopping and restaurants.

12 South Dream Property

This condo could be my new favorite place to stay when I visit my son in Nashville. Location is ideal for enjoying the 12 South lifestyle. Safely walk everywhere in the area. Easy Uber transit to other parts of the city. Added bonus if you are cookie lover, Christie's snickerdoodle scent welcomes you home (cookie bakery located in the same building.)

Perfect location and amenities

This apartment had a spacious kitchen/loving space, and large bed and bath. It was in the heart of 12 South where we could walk to many dining and shopping options. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic all around!

This host knows what they are doing. Incredible new condo in the heart of 12 South. Nice details like Krueg coffee and tea station. Bed was really comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

12 South Perfection

Perfect location with great amenities. Parking included in the stay is a nice bonus. We were very appreciative the property included both k-cups and ground coffee and creamer! A nice added touch. We will be back! Thank you Scarlet and Mark, you were helpful and quick to respond on everything.

Great 12 South Property

Everything as advertised! Extremely clean and a simple check in process. We didn't need any help, but received plenty of communication from Scarlett! Lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Refrigerator needs to be fixed as it is very loud and the only reason not to give this property all 5's.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay on 12 South! We have been to Nashville several times and each time have stayed in a different area. I knew this area was very safe and family oriented, which is why I chose it for this particular trip. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable. I felt that the kitchen amenities were slightly lacking, there wasn’t a baking dish or a cooking sheet to be found. Also note, there were no plastic wraps or foil, parchment paper or anything like that. Most of the places I have stayed in the past have these items. These truly are minimal things as you don’t come to Nashville to stay inside and cook! The hosts were wonderful, responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again.

Amazing property in vibrant 12 South

12 South is a great quaint area away from downtown that offers plenty of dining, shopping, and many of the unique murals that Nashville is known for- including the "I Believe in Nashville" mural. This particular property is placed in the middle of 12 South- and is perfect for a couple, small family, or group of girlfriends getting away. The décor is very stylish, the condo itself is roomy, and with convenient parking and a secure building, my friends and I always felt safe. We did have a few small questions, whereas Scarlett (the property manager) was always immediately available when we texted her with an answer. Overall, I would recommend this property and any of the other properties on this site without hesitation.
