Our host was amazing and very knowledgeable with a list of things for us to do in town. The cottage was quaint, welcoming and absolutely beautiful! Super clean and had lots of appliances to use. I would absolutely stay here again and suggest anyone of my friends and family to. Thank you Stefan.

The whole place has a beautiful designer look. It is beautiful! I wish it had been warm so we could have enjoyed the multiple patios. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom is very nice. It is very clean and quiet.

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying at the Corner Cottage. Stephan has thought of everything, and the location is very convenient to downtown Nashville, just a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again.

This cottage was amazing. Beautifully decorated, peaceful, and everything you could hope for in a rental. Also, it’s in a neighborhood so you are out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get to everything within minutes. The fireflies are an extra bonus!

Adorable, clean and we can’t wait to stay again!

Stephan was an amazing host! Fully furnished, comfortable and close to all you would need! Close enough to Broadway but far enough to enjoy some quiet as well! Home is tasteful & one of a kind! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing, quiet lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood.

My family and I came to Tennessee for a family wedding and wanted to do some fun things in the area. The home is just lovely, warm and inviting! Everything has been thought out in detail by Stephen and it was a joy to stay at his rental! We all fell in love with the home and would encourage others to not miss this if you are staying in Nashville! It's very quiet, nicely appointed and in a wonderful neighborhood with a wonderful host if you need anything!

Just fabulous!

This property is beautiful inside and out, in a nice neighborhood, and convenient to downtown Nashville and the Green Hills mall. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to stay here again at our next visit to Nashville!

PERFECT Little Cute Rental

This is the cutest, best decorated with warmth and charm and the owner is such a great host and is a must stay. It's location is perfect especially of you are visiting the civil war sites. We will be back!

Beautiful place to stay in Nashville

Great location, 10/15 minutes from downtown Nashville near great retail, The Bluebird Cafe, and an area of gorgeous homes. A fantastic getaway from the craziness of Lower Broadway, this place is peaceful and decorated like home, only nicer. Every inch of this home is thoughtfully done. I hope I get to come back soon.

Visiting our Son!

We stayed at Stephan's Green Hills home with our older son and his girlfriend while in town visiting our younger son. The home was beautifully decorated and everything was there for us! The location is great to go anywhere in Nashville and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with gorgeous homes.

where new space planning is needed. Now, I can share my own home, full of artistry and creativity, with guests. It has been and continues to be a 5 star experience. For those who visit "The Corner Cottage" they bring new memories...new friends!
My eye for detail has been featured on HGTV ... 4 episodes, not bragging but proud. I have to say, being a VRBO host is the best job I've ever had. I do live in the basement with my own outside entrance. There is NO access to the main floor from downstairs. I am very serious about noise from below. Guests will never know I'm here unless they need something.

There is not another area of Nashville so desirable as Green Hills. I moved from Dallas in 1991 and have never left. There is a sense of peace in this house felt by everyone who visits. An undeniable calm and relaxation is felt the moment you walk in the door. It's not about the furnishings or amenities. There is a familiar presence of coming home.

There are architectural elements that made me want to purchase the cottage. First, I turned a 1939 house into a twenty-first century open living plan. Two French doors open to the fresh cool morning air on the screened porch for coffee or evening visits over a glass of wine. So many qualities about this cottage are experienced by those who come for a stay.
