House is set in a good position on Solterra resort less than 10 mins walk from resort centre.Very clean and spacious upstairs and down and as described and shown in pictures.We were very comfortable in the property and used the pool and all areas. The upstairs loft area was great for work too.Communication excellent before and during our stay and works recommend to others.Plenty of cups, glasses and kitchen utensils, but could do with an inventory to top up on some.

Very good stay

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this house. It's very spacious and there is plenty of seating for hanging out after a long day in the parks. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The clubhouse pool was great and the food there was tasty.

Family Spring Break

House was roomy and was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great, but pool furniture was not in the best shape. Our grandkids loved the clubhouse and pool amenities.

Hurricane Milton vacation

We had a nice stay at this house. A lot of rooms, nice pool, good WiFi and television service. The television package turned in handy when hurricane Milton came and all tornado warnings were broadcasted live minute for minute. It was not quite the vacation and relaxation we had hoped for, but that was because of the hurricane and not the house.

Much needed time away

The house is exactly as shown. We enjoyed the space and having access to our own pool in the backyard. We truly appreciated the size of the home. Everyone has their own space. The home is located in a nice community that is very close to shopping.

Stay at Solterra

Overall, we were pleased with the property. The location and space were great for what we needed, and the property manager was fantastic to work with. That said, there were some things in the house that could use some attention. For example, the coffee maker was broken (missing a part) the shelves on the refrigerator door were broken, and almost all of the ceiling lights were missing multiple light bulbs, which made the house really dark. I would also suggest that you add a few more dish towels (or a drying rack) to the kitchen items. One is not enough, and most people traveling in from other areas are not going to bring their own - or want to shop for more.

The property was everything as described on the website. With a heated pool and cooler temperatures, we were able to take full advantage of the pool. If your looking for privacy this is a good spot. I celebrated my birthday here with my family, other than having to travel 20+ minutes to go out, I had a ball. Every bedroom had a TV except one, that was not a big problem, however it took a while to figure out how to work the remotes. Overall, all 7 of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and resort! Very clean home, spacious, and very enjoyable. Had some confusion with the spa and pool heating. The owner quickly had it looked at and we found out we weren’t using it correctly. If spa jets are on, spa is being heated when you turn jets off the pool will be heated. It worked great once we figured it out. If I made any changes I’d have a heating instructions listed in a visible spot. Really amazing place and I cannot wait to return.

Perfect placement of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the house.

It was great. The only problem was the stove. The back two burners did not work and the front right one only burned half way. The one on the front left was the only one that worked. Pillows need to be replaced in the bedrooms, other than the master room. We want to lease this house again next year if the stove and pillows are fixed.

Dream home, away from home.

Five Star Property ⭐️ If you’re reading this, stop scrolling, and start booking! Honestly, this property has it all. Just returned from an amazing family vacation here. And it was Soooooo hard to leave. This dream home, away from home, gave us memories to last us a lifetime. If Walt Disney World is the most magical place on earth, then this home is the second most magical place! My wife and I were blown away by all the amenities this house has, and my kids had an absolutely incredible time. So many memories will be centred around this lovely home. Thank you so much for being so hospitable, and such honest home owners. Appreciated the prompt nature of communication. Made it stress free. Dirty stuffy

The pool was green and nasty.The patio had green and black mold it had cigarette butts in the corners.The furniture on the patio some was broke[a chair and a little table]. There was holes in the screens[called and got them fixed].The vents in the house all was dirty.The sliding door glass was dirty, there was what look like mold and between the tracks of the door.The balcony have sharp nails sticking up ,the door is very hard to open. Out side the house has dirt dauber nests and spiderwebs on windows

Pool Issues

This house was beautiful I only had one problem the pool was very nasty and no one ever came to clean it so we was there a whole week and did not utilize the pool at all I could never get anyone on the phone to talk to or send pics of the nasty pool I also paid for it to be heated that never happened the pool was cold and nasty dead skin floating all over it I messaged someone names Heather asking for my money back to this day I still have gotten a response but I do have the pictures to send to the heath department and better bureau business I will never rent from Vrbo or no one like this again and I go to Florida on a yearly basis for vacation

Solterra 6 bed home

The property was large and offered plenty of choice. However, it did appear to be worn and tired, especially the ground floor and is need of decorating. There were a couple of cracked light switches, and the main kitchen light did not work, so a table lamp has been placed on the countertop to provide lighting. The upper floor ceiling mounted vents were dusty and the shower curtains were also dirty. There were some issues reported which the management company addressed quickly, and some teething problems with the welcome itinerary, which again the management company resolved, however, this meant that on arrival a trip had to made to the local supermarket to buy essential toiletries. We have stayed in various villas in the past and this villa ranked as average. The bed mattresses are past their prime, and require replacement. The games room is ok, but we had to buy a repair kit for the pool cues and buy chalk, as there was only one cue usable, the pool table itself is heavily stained. There were plenty of tennis rackets available but no tennis balls. Overall, the property requires some TLC by the owner.

Great Florida home

This was a great Florida home for our short stay earlier this month. We were a family of 5; but this home can host many more than this. It is a spacious house with many options for multiple families and extended stays. We spent our time at LegoLand; but this would be great for families going to Disney as well. The only thing I would suggest is that the host (or management company) do an audit of the kitchen supplies. There were a lot of items that we would've loved to have but were not there (slotted spoons, measuring cups, cutting boards, etc.) When they email you and tell you what to bring- pay close attention to this. You will need all supplies for clean up and the kitchen (trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, salt / pepper / oil, etc.) Also, the only piece of feedback I have and why we rated this 4 instead of 5 stars is that we paid $40 per night to have the pool heated. I had asked in my email to the host to see if the pool heater could be turned on prior and we would pay for the extra days (since the unit was empty according to this site and the description said it would take 24 - 48 hours- AND our stay was only a long weekend)- the communication was pretty short; but I didn't get a solid answer. Unfortunately, we arrived and the pool / hot tub did not come to full temperature until the last day of our stay. However, once it was at full temperature - it was FANTASTIC... but unfortunately, we weren't only able to use the pool the first two days.

Nice home

We just got back from a three week stay at this home - family of 4 adults and 2 boys 9 and 12. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen very comfortable. We saw reviews complaining about kitchen utensils.We brought all our own dishes and utensils, but it seemed like the kitchen was very well equipped for a short stay. We left new pots and pans we bought for future guests. The outside pool was fun. The kids enjoyed the club pool as well when we were not at the parks. Note: you may not bring any food or beverage to the resort that is not bought from them except water. We agree with the reviews that had a problem with matresses at the house. In the beginning we thought they were exaggerating - since we were so tired. But then we were also not so comfy. Same goes for pillows. It would also be nice to have extra blankets on hand - we used from the extra beds. Also - since we were there for a longer stay - we didn't have enough cleaning utensils. Yes it's self catering - but we weren't going to buy a mop etc. We had to improvise with an old mop but no pail. Some reviews complained of some ware and tear. It is very little and not something to make our stay uncomfortable and it is totally exceptable. Lots of shopping close by. The house was really close to Disney - so in the worst traffic it took us lessthan 30 min. Usually around 15-18 min. Over all we really enjoyed the house and would love to come again - if there will be minor improvements. We will definitely recommend.

Spacious Home

The property had not been properly cleaned. Floors had not been swept or mopped after the previous guests. Bed linens had not been changed and was evident that someone had slept on the linen (we have pics). The management company who hired the cleaning crew was very defensive and basically told us to clean the unit ourselves...the owner was accommodating by stating that he would refund $100...the contract stipulated the property would be cleaned thus the $284 cleaning fee...needless to say we had to clean and wash at the villa while on vacation...wish our experience could have been like the others..also there was ant problem within the first bedroom..the villa was spacious..
