The Space:

This 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Four Corners sleeps large families and groups who want space to spread out and easy access to all the Orlando theme parks. The standout? Themed bedrooms that turn bedtime into an adventure — think galaxy murals and underwater scenes that kids absolutely love.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Three king suites offer quiet retreats for adults, each with its own style and plenty of natural light.

- The galaxy room features a single and double bed beneath a colorful starry mural.

- The underwater room brings the ocean indoors with nautical decor and a single plus double bed.

- Two more bedrooms with single and double beds give kids their own space, one with bold orange accents.

- Another king bedroom rounds out the sleeping options.

Five full bathrooms mean no morning lineup — walk-in showers, tub-shower combos, and granite counters throughout.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-concept living room gives everyone a place to gather after a park day, with plenty of seating and a large smart TV for movie nights. The full kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook family meals, plus a big dining table and a breakfast bar with stools for casual bites. A game room with arcade games and a basketball hoop keeps everyone entertained between outings.



Outdoor Amenities

The screened private pool and spa are where you'll spend late afternoons cooling off and unwinding. Sun loungers circle the deck, so there's room for everyone to relax poolside.



Good To Know

A dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi makes it easy to check email or plan your days. In-unit washer and dryer let you pack lighter. Free driveway parking fits multiple cars. You'll also have access to a shared gym and clubhouse in the community. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least 7 days ahead. A gas BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with 48 hours' notice. The home is two stories, so keep the stairs in mind when packing.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and shared access to the clubhouse and complex amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a quiet yet convenient community, this home offers easy access to Orlando’s most popular attractions. Spend the day at Walt Disney World, just a short drive away, or explore Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Golf enthusiasts will love the nearby championship courses, and shopping and dining options are abundant in the area.



Getting Around:

The property is 25 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), with driving times varying based on traffic. Guests have access to a free parking spot in the driveway, and additional community parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. While public transportation is limited, rideshares or a personal vehicle are recommended for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can self-check in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided to you before your arrival.
