Eric was a great host, everything in the listing was 100% accurate. Great communication with and quick responses. Walking distance to everything. Safe area and quiet. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

An absolutely charm!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The place was amazing and felt super cozy. It was a perfect distance from everything which allowed us to walk wherever we wanted to go.

Great experience!!!

This was my first time in New Orleans and the location for this condo was PERFECT! It was walking distance to everything. We parked our vehicle on Thursday and didn’t move or need it until we left on Monday! The condo was beautiful and spacious inside! It’s perfect distance to bourbon street, not too close and not too far. Our host gave wonderful recommendations and I cannot wait to come back!!!

Perfect Location

The location couldn’t have been better. Quiet location yet close enough to the quarter that you can easily walk there. If you have a car there’s easy street parking right out front. I would definitely try to book again on my next NOLA visit!

Excellent Property

The location of this property was perfect for our needs, near the French Quarter without the noise and craziness. The property is well kept and our host Eric is a great communicator and was always quick to respond. 5 stars all the way around!

Great Location, No Actual Fire Pit

Great location. Beautiful property. Safe building. But no working outdoor fire pit. That was the first photo for listing and the reason I booked the property. I guess there is a burn ban now, but there isnt even a propane hook up. Just a suggestion to use sterno. I list properties myself and would not try to deceive any customers with a headline picture that contains a large working fire pit, when none exists.

Great space in great downtown area

Great location just outside the French Quarter. Lovely, sleek loft space. Main room has super high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Courtyard is totally private and you can use the grill (although it’s a bit noisy because of an exhaust fan from the restaurant.) Will definitely stay there again!

Host is an amazing communicator. Property is perfect. My mom and I celebrated her birthday here and it was the best place we could have stayed. Great location, right near everything you want to go and see in the French Quarter. Quiet at night. You wont regret it or forget it!

Lovely getaway with a patio!

From booking to check out, Eric Bay was a dream. With good restaurant recommendations and great communication. Can’t give enough kudos. The apartment is lovely. Tastefully decorated and well furnished. The patio area was the reason we wanted this spot, because my husband enjoys a good cigar. It was so romantic and cozy with the fun Edison lights. Bed might have been better as a queen and a mattress upgrade, but it was totally okay. An easy walk to just about anywhere you want to go - a great location!

Great place and location

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a long weekend in New Orleans. The apartment and location were perfect and within walking distance to everything. Eric was super helpful and friendly, we will be back.

Everything was just perfect!! Eric was exceptional to deal with. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The condo was so nice and stocked with coffee, snacks and even wine!!! It was the perfect location… proximity to everything! I will definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect NEAR BOURBON STREET

I honestly could not find one bad thing about this apartment. Its spacious, beautifully decorated, & has everything you need for a comfortable weekend. Location, location, location!! We were close enough to bourbon street to walk but far enough to not hear any of the partying after we were done for the night. I love this apartment and would highly recommend it for new travelers to NOLA.
