Stylish small private home steps away from vibrant Freret Street, the trendy uptown hotspot filled with restaurants, shops, and bars. 10 minute walk to St. Charles where you will find famous restaurants, the street car, and Mardi Gras Parades. Also walking distance to Tulane and Loyola. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.

About the Space:
This charming and cozy house is in a great location central to all popular parts of New Orleans. It is a small one bedroom/one bath home that is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and small closet, a living area with a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a beautiful shower/bath and stacked washer/dryer. (Not pictured in the bedroom is a 5 drawer dresser and smart tv).

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all pictured spaces in the listing. This is a private home not connected to another building. The outdoor space consists of front porch in the photos (no backyard on the property). Parking is on the street feet from the door.

I had a great experience with this rental. It is exactly as described. Communication was excellent with the host and check in was super easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Plenty of street parking. I was able to park right in front of the house. I door-dashed from Rouses easily and was able to relax comfortably after a long day roaming the French Quarter. Very nice sized bathroom and great shower. The bed was comfortable too. I would definitely book again!!

Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions.

Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room. Totally enjoyed our first time in NO and would definitely stay here again. Also take the Ragin Cajun swamp tour great trip. Thanks Paul and Morgan.

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this place, great communication from owner, excellent location with restaurants walkable right nearby, vibrant Freret street 1 block away, comfortable bed, everything you need! Modern and comfortable, just a 20 minute walk to Tulane campus.

This little house was perfect for our quiet romantic get away. Such a great neighborhood with walkable market and restaurants. The house was clean and exactly as described. We made use of the deep bath tub too. Paul was always super responsive. Already talking about renting here again!

Perfect Stay

Comfortable Digs in a Desirable Neighborhood

Can’t say enough good about this place. Cute cottage surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Place is clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to St Charles Ave.
