Noisy environment

The location and condition of the property were fine. However, for several days, there was a maintenance crew using extremely loud equipment, repairing the outdoor flooring. Prior to making reservations, it was not disclosed that this would be going on.

Beach vacation

It was a great stay and vacation. Beautiful view and great location. Just wish the window to the hall wasn’t in the room and shinning light in all night. Overall great stay would come back and stay again!

Nice place. Clean, great view, comfortable. Everything we needed to relax for 3 weeks! Property managers were top notch to work with.

Great location

Me and my husband had a great time in OB - the condo was in a great location and the amenities were really nice. We were able to enjoy the pool when the jelly’s got to bad in the ocean.

Loved it!

They need a new mattress - it’s really soft! But location and beach were amazing! Loved the 9th floor views and boardwalk right out to white sand!!!

Beach side

The view was amazing. I finally got to see the dolphins on my last day there which was just amazing. The room was really nice. It was ours 50th anniversary and we had a great time. Thanks for everything.

Clean small beach condo

Condo clean. Nothing fancy at this price point. Condo going through internet/cable tv update so Wi-Fi/tv frequently did not work. If you have booked through third party, collect your emails, know your code, know your rules. Front desk is no help for third party assistance.

Not what I expected

Condo needs some TLC. Dishwasher didn't work. Two whole days of loud construction. No warning of this. No pool or hot tub that could be used. Only one working elevator. Last day of our stay both elevators out. Very frustrating...

Disappointed

Was surprised how worn & dated it was. Actually the entire facility. The only positive I can say is it was clean. The rug in the living room is like a shag. I tripped over it three times. It definitely is a hazard. The satellite tv was awful. One of the days it rained and stormed all day so we were stuck in doors. We were under a tornado warning at one point. Yes a tornado warning and of course the satellite went out. The Blu Ray player didn’t work. There were no cables that were connected. Their were a no smoking signs posted for inside the condo and the balcony. Neither one of us smoke. Every time we were out on the balcony there was someone either smoking a cigar type smell or something else. That got really frustrating. Lastly we were told we’d have to pay for parking when we got here. I thought probably $20. They did not list the amount in the agreement they sent. We get here to check in and it was right at $60. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Sorry for the negative review. Just disappointed!!
