Everything went real smooth, they apparently know what they’re doing and had everything laid out at the start! Didn’t even have to ask any questions! The view was amazing from the patio, with a great view of both the pool and the beach/ocean. Being a smaller resort near the western outskirts of Orange Beach the beach wasn’t very crowded during the day and everybody was chill. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach experience!

Thank you for your feedback, Jan. We want to respond honestly and transparently for future guests. Cleanliness: We stand behind our cleaning team's excellent track record. During your four night stay, the only concern reported was a TV question on May 5th, which we addressed promptly. No cleanliness issues were reported despite our same-day handyman being available. We wish you had reached out so we could have made things right. Ice Maker: Never reported during your stay. Had you contacted us, it would have been addressed same day. The guests who checked in immediately after confirmed via VRBO messaging that the ice maker was functioning properly. Pool Sun: The pool receives beautiful Gulf sunshine through the morning and early afternoon. The building's orientation relative to the setting sun is a geographical characteristic of all west-facing Gulf properties and is beyond our control. Dish Soap & Cleaning Tools: Units are stocked with starter essentials as a courtesy, standard practice in the short term rental industry and noted in our listing. We are sorry your stay fell short of your expectations. We remain committed to providing all guests with a clean, well-maintained and enjoyable stay on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Loved the location, perfect size for what we needed for the 2 of us. Kitchen was well stocked. I’ve always stayed at a Phoenix, but prefer this so much more. Easy parking, easy beach access. I would recommend and will be back.

Wonderful place to stay for a beach getaway. Good communication with host. Condo had the essentials and amenities listed (well equipped kitchen). Balcony was my favorite spot to drink coffee, watch for dolphins, and listen to the waves. Beach and weather were perfect. And we found some new favorite places for great seafood.

Great location. Hosts were great to deal with. Pull-out sofa was not particularly comfortable. Having a pull-out loveseat was a bonus. Overall, it was a great value.

We love the half bath option as well as the combination of a walk in shower AND an oversized tub in the Master Bath. The Proximity of the Gulf State Park makes this the perfect location for travelers who enjoy long, uninterrupted walks on the beach.
