Citta Antica, great place to stay!

This property was perfect for my needs. Property is perfect for business travellers or 1-2 people on vacation. great location, very clean and comfortable. Property manager was terrific! Certainly recommend!

Lovely comfortable accommodation full of rustic charm. Definitely worth paying the additional charge for aircon when you arrive if visiting in August. Excellent location for visiting the sites, restaurants and arena on foot. 20 min level walk to train and bus stations with airport shuttle bus running every 20 minutes. Cosy little restaurant serving deliciously authentic Italian food is just a few yards along the street from the accommodation. Owner very quick to respond to any queries

I have seen how this host responds to negative reviews so I'm hesitant to even be honest. Great location, LOVED Verona. This is a ground level (garden) unit - opening windows overnight for air movement isn't a quiet option. There are no fans to help with air movement. AC is 20/day which we didn't need - it was cold - but air movement would have been nice. There was construction in the courtyard behind the unit so mornings were loud. The wifi connection worked however we were unable to gain internet access. The host said the last guests didn't have issue and as she was on holiday in Greece couldn't help us until she returned - this wouldn't have been an issue however being in the bottom level we also had no cell service, two young kids across and ocean and no contact overnight was not great. I was very clear about our issue with our host who claims they had someone look at the wifi and confirm it "connects" which was not the issue - the lack of internet connection was the issue. We were only at the unit to sleep, we didn't care about anything aside from cell connection to be available to our kids. Phones worked well on sidewalk in front of the unit. Everything was generally clean but this is an old building so keep that in mind. Bathroom smelled a bit of urine. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were flat and musty smelling. The unit felt it's age for certain.We cut our visit to Verona short by a night, it wasn't one big thing that made us leave but a combo of many.

Info klopt niet met werkelijkheid.

Het rook niet fris: riolering niet ok? Auto’s sjezen op 3 meter van je bed, dus veel lawaai. De stoelen zak je in weg, het bed is echt heel kort, niets voor lange mensen. Het bed kraakt… Douche erg goed, de balken zijn mooi, zo ook de sfeer van het geheel. Kregen een onbeschoft antwoord toen we de eigenaar informeerden dat we na Een nacht vertrokken. Hadden 4 nachten geboekt en betaald.

Convenient and comfortable

The studio apartment was quite comfortable. We were there during the hottest time of the year and FYI air conditioning is not included in the price, you have to pay an extra 20 Euro per day, cash, to use the air conditioning, that was not listed on the website. The location is about a 7-9 min walk from Piazza Bra and the area is very safe. We enjoyed our stay. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, and historical places. The train is a 10 min taxi ride if you want to venture outside Verona. Lovely place to visit and the apartment is quiet and comfortable.

Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die kleine Küchenzeile reicht aber lediglich für ein kleines Frühstück. Ist aber nicht tragisch, da es in der Nähe zahlreiche Pizzerien und andere Restaurants gibt. Das Bad ist neu und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Leider quietscht das große Kingsize Bett ein klein wenig. Eine Münzwaschmaschine findet sich direkt in der Unterkunft nicht. Vielleicht sollte im der Beschreibung noch gesondert erwähnt werden, dass für die Nutzung der Klimaanlage täglich 20 Euro zusätzlich berechnet werden. Das hat uns ein wenig geärgert. Ansonsten ist Michela sehr hilfsbereit und meldet sich zeitnah. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell fußläufig an der Piazza Bra.
