18世紀に建てられたヴェルサイユ宮殿の建物内には、デジコード付きの2つのドアとコンシェルジュが備わっています。

エレベーターなしの3階に位置するアパートメントで、2017年に改装された3室の客室はインテリアデザイナーによる洗練された内装です。

ソリッドオーク材の寄せ木細工、18世紀と19世紀の2つの大理石の暖炉、モールディング、ヴェルサイユをテーマにした時代の彫刻。
城とロイヤルチャペルの一部のロイヤルビュー。

アパートメントのふもとにあるヴェルサイユ宮殿へ直接アクセスできます。

The most perfect place to stay in Versailles. I stayed for 5 nights and was very sad to leave. A beautiful apartment in a beautiful building. Do not hesitate to stay here. I am a solo woman and felt very safe in the apartment and the neighborhood. The Chateau is at your footsteps. Very easy to get to by train from CDG and also to get to Paris. I will return as soon as I can.

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment and I would come back over and over! The owners were so friendly and helpful, and there could not be a better location closer to the palace of Versailles. Plus, very walkable to other dining and shopping.

Thank you Katia and Carlos for the stay at your appartment. Just steps from the Palace, great views of the Palace, clean, comfortable beds. Close to restaurants, shops, amenties. For anyone taller than us, could be challenging in the kitchen.;) Also consider putting instructions out for the garbage/recycling/compost.

Very nice apartment and excellent location near Versailles chateau. The property managers accommodated our requests very well. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend. You will need to climb stairs - other than that, it is very comfy.

The proximity to the Palace of Versaille was excellent. Facilities in the apartment are excellent. Marcus, our host, was extremely helpful. Be aware that the parking, which is on the streets, can be difficult and very expensive

An excellent, comfortable apartment in a wonderful historic building just a few metres from the Palace of Versailles. Well-equipped and within easy reach of all amenities- Katia the owner is delightful and most helpful.

Fantastic location and had all you need!

What a great location. 8 minutes to the gate of Versailles. 15 minute walk from train station. The bathroom, kitchen were roomy and modern. Quiet and comfortable beds. Able to have a nice breakfast and do laundry. Would stay here again!

"Home Away From Home" In Versailles

This apartment was our "home away from home" from September 10 through October 26, 2023. It is lovely, spacious, and well equipped. It was our base from which to explore and enjoy Versailles, Paris, several other destinations in France, and attend many Rugby World Cup games. Location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment.

Versailles is beautiful

We enjoyed our stay in Versailles and found the city to be very pretty. Many things within walking distance. We misjudged the location to Paris and the traditional tourist attractions, but we were able to maneuver the city with the train.

Stayed in Versailles and visited Paris from there in car. Stayed with wife and 3 Kids. Apartment has an excelente Location and all the necessary Equipment. Great stay. Parking during day can be rough, but in the evening all ok

Fabulous authentic experience

Clean and modern apartment in a building that’s existed since the days of the kings. The owners were excellent and attractive. Getting to and from Paris is very easy. The RER is a short walk, taxis and ride shares make the location ideal. Walking to the palace is amazing.

Great location, cute apartment

The place was very cute and just as pictured. It is a quaint apartment with everything you would need- shampoo, coffee, fridge, nice shower and bathroom. It is literally across from the Palace of Versailles, and there are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores. 3 flights of stairs up, so keep that in mind, and you will have to pay for parking somewhere. We ended up parking at the Palace and walking to the apartment, but we only had backpacks. This was one of our pricier VRBO's but we did just stay one night, and the place still must be cleaned. I would recommend this place for sure.

Wonderful appartment with great views

My friend and I spent a wonderful week in Katias appartment. It is freshly renovated in a very elegant way and we felt home right away. The view outside right to the chateau is really amazing. I have never experienced such a well equiped kitchen in a holiday flat. We received valuable tips for our trip from Katia and there are lots of information on display of Versailles, Restaurants and so on. Katia was available for advice all the time. We can only recommend this place for your next stay to visit the chateau. And even for visitors of Paris it is a nice place to stay. From the station it is only 20 min to the Tour Eifffel by train.

Lovely apartment overlooking Versailles, 4th floor, no lift

We were not aware when we rented that we would have to climb 70 steps to get to our apartment. The place itself is perfect, well appointed very comfortable king sized bed etc. Unfortunately we are in our late 70’s (in decent shape for our age) so we only went out twice a day. Normally my husband would go out in the morning to a bakery for pastries but that was not an option. If you are younger and more fit, it will be an ideal place four you and we highly recommend it, especially for it’s great location. The owner, Katia, was very nice and helpful. This is an amazing apartment near the Versailles Chateu. Carlos made check in a breeze. The rooms are fairly quiet, although the road noise could get oddly loud around 1 am. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Its proximity to the market and town also are a selling point. We enjoyed the market, buying fresh bread, and wines and cheeses for our dinner.
