The apartment was lovely and clean, with great charm but lots of mod-cons as well. The neighbourhood is gorgeous with a fabulous Boulangerie/Patisserie across the street along with two very good restaurants.The subway is only a block or so away and not nearly as complicated to maneuvre as I thought it might be. Paris itself was all decked out in fall colours and we loved every minute there or back in the apartment, Thank you Monique and I hope we get back to stay another time soon.
Dinner with family at Sapore Restaurant, just down the street.

Für uns war die Wohnung wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Typisch französisch. Alles vorhanden. Ähnlich B&B, nur ohne Frühstück. Umgebung einfach toll. 2x Wochenmarkt. Bäckerei, Fleischerei, Käseladen und Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wege zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kurz und gut zu finden. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und entspannt zu erreichen. Frau Marie als Ansprechpartner super. Sprachhandicape heutzutage kein Problem. Einzige Kritik, der Monteur müsste mal vorbeikommen. Halterung Bad und WC-Deckel locker. Über Preis-/Leistung lässt sich streiten. Paris ist allgemein teurer. Kommen gerne wieder.

Super quiet apartment located in a calm neighbourhood. Spacious ( for Paris), really clean and very functional. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the photos. Communication with Monique was very easy and she was really helpful and accommodating. À great home base for visiting Paris. We hope to return.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you would need to feel at home. Fantastic restaurants within blocks, many markets and pharmacies right in walking distance. The metro station was a five minute walk. Staying here let us experience what living in Paris is like, yet close enough to the metro to get to major sights and museums easily. Thank you for sharing your lovely home .

Wonderful apartment close to the river (you can view the Eiffel Tower in the evening), there's a delicious little bakery and a market less than a block away. The area is quiet, clean and safe! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this apartment when visiting Paris!

Perfect summer spot in Paris

We loved every minute of our stay in this wonderful rental!It started with the white glove treatment at check-in with Maria, the charming property manager, who was also there to help us with check-out at the end of our stay. Maria showed us everything in the apartment, helped us get oriented to the neighborhood, and even helped us get our cab to the airport! She was easy to reach and very responsive with all the questions we had during our stay.The apartment itself is every bit as graceful and beautiful as it looks in the photos. It's very quiet, which is important to my noise-sensitive spouse! Every detail inside has been thoughtfully arranged, not just for utility but to maximize comfort.The street it resides on is quaint, providing ready access to busses and metro stops. The Bois de Boulogne is an easy walk away, offering a lovely hike around a scenic lake, the Vuitton Foundation and more.There's also a top notch restaurant, Alegria, right across the street where we had a very romantic meal. You'll want to make a reservation!Paris can be very crowded and chaotic in tourist season. This neighborhood was an oasis of calm - just as we hoped. All the beauty of Paris without the crowds! Added bonus - the Tour De France passed by just a couple of blocks away. So we were able to see it live and snap a few photos for our envious friends. Again, without fighting our way through crowds.If we're ever in Paris again, we'll be hoping this property is available!

l'endroit parfait pour vivre Paris dans la quiétude.

Mme Lecoq possède un appartement exquis. Idéalement situé au cœur du XVIe arrondissement, l’appartement du 89 rue Boileau est très paisible. Si votre expérience ressemble à la mienne attendez-vous à vous endormir dans le confort et la quiétude et à vous réveiller au chant des oiseaux. Les équipements sur place sont tous de qualité et rendent le quotidien simple et agréable. Le quartier et ses boutiques permettent d’expérimenter la vie parisienne idéale à une échelle humaine et dans un contexte chaleureux. Tout est à proximité : métros ligne 9, RER c, buanderie, boulangerie, épicerie, caviste sont à quelques pas seulement. Vous aurez également la chance de rencontrer la charmante Mme Rodrigues qui fait l’état des lieux et qui rend toute l’expérience agréable.

Wundervolle Wohnung in top Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage, Bäckerei, Metzger und Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft. Unbedingt den Markt um die Ecke besuchen (Di/Do/So) alles frisch und typisch französisch.Wir konnten auf Nachfrage direkt nach Anreise in die Wohnung. Merci dafür Maria. Der Empfang war herzlich.In der Wohnung alles vorhanden was man braucht. Waren eine Woche dort und haben uns es sehr genossen.Metro Station um die Ecke, auch Bushaltestelle, so erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigen ganz einfach.Wir können den Gastgeber nur empfehlen, es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln.

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood

Paris short stay- 3 days.

Comfortable, homely, clean and convenient to bus transport and supermarkets, bakeries and open air market. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay was relaxing and our hostess made sure that we were provided with all the necessaties for a great holiday.

Paris Flat

My family loved staying at the flat. My kids, ages 12 and 14, enjoyed it the most. It was nice to hear them talking at night as they shared the twin room. Of course, they also loved the free WiFi (which worked great). The toilet is in a separate room from the shower and sink, which is very beneficial when you have a teenage daughter. We felt safe there the entire time, and we loved the location. We enjoyed dinner at La Cantina and Sapore (few minutes walk). And we visited the corner pastry shop and grocery store almost daily (also few minutes walk). We easily walked to the metro to go to our destinations (usually around 20 minutes away). Maria and Monique were both wonderful, and I used Google Translate app for the things I did not understand. We decided to leave a little early, and I text Maria on WhatsApp (in French after translating), and she came quickly over to check us out. (Maria and I also text on WhatsApp prior to arrival to let her know the time.). It was a very smooth process, and extremely nice to have a home away from home to relax after a fun busy sightseeing day.

L'appartement en lui même hyper joli, très belle déco et très propre. La maison est calme et possède un petit jardin de devant, un atout rare à Paris. Metro et plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité, ainsi que le marché Point du Jour.Nous pouvons recommander sans réserve.

Perfect!

We were looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, and safe. This stay was PERFECT! We took taxis/bolts to most places. Inexpensive and easy. There’s a pharmacy around the corner. Restaurants and a small grocery in the same block. The beds and linens smelled so nice. I used the washing Machine and it worked well. Very nice kitchen. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, easy walks to many places. Make sure to go to isle of swans and eat at La Cantina. I’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was located close to Metro stops, bakeries, restaurants and market within a half block away and the check in process was seamless. Monique's communication throughout the process was appreciated.

We had a great stay. Nice area of the city. Our host spoke only French so that was a struggle. An alarm was set for the middle of the night in a locked area which was frustrating.

Lovely apartment in a cute area of town!

My mom and I went to Paris for the first time and we are so grateful we found this little oasis of an apartment. We stayed 9 days! There’s a bakery, grocery, and restaurant steps away from the apartment. We loved all the security features of two women alone in Paris and allowed us to feel very comfortable, plus the neighborhood is quiet and safe with very little traffic. Close to all the transportation stops! Just be aware that it will take ~30 minutes to get to many of the central Paris things by public transit, which we didn’t mind at all, especially taking a bus into town as a free site seeing tour of the city. Also try the Asian restaurant down the street called Le Palais du Bonheur! The owner is amazing and gave us so many helpful tips plus the food is delicious, so much so we ate there three times! Two important notes: (1) Maria is VERY nice but doesn’t speak English so when you’re doing the check in process she’ll show you everything but you kind of have to infer from her hand gestures. (2) the breaker box is in the top cabinet by the front door in case you accidentally trip something like we did by plugging in a heating pad to our converter. It was easy to switch back on after we finally found it.

PerfectParis Getaway for Families

This ground floor flat is charming and immaculate, with every amenity for a lovely stay. The host was clear and helpful via VRBO messages, and our onsite contact Maria was outstanding. Our teenagers love not having to share a room with their parents; we all love having a well-equipped kitchen for late night meals. We were even grateful to be in the quiet and friendly 16th arondissment. Nothing we wanted to see was more than 30-45 on the minutes away on the Metro or RER (stops so close!). Lots of food stores and food restaurants right there, plus easy walking distance to rental car and the PSG stadium.

Super Lage!

Alles so wie beschrieben und prima mit Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Man kann auch direkt an der Seine zum Eifelturm laufen. Ringsherum viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Sonntag, Dienstag und Donnerstag ist Markt! Die französischen Erdbeeren waren sehr lecker.

Leben in Paris

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was bei dem schönen Markt um die Ecke von Vorteil ist. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen. Das Parkhaus des Krankenhauses Sainte - Perine bietet relativ günstige Parkplätze zu mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
