Kitchen has everything you could want including two large refrigerators. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is a wonderful walkway on the beach side of the property that goes for several miles that has easy access to multiple hotel restaurants. An adult pool that is situated with a spectacular view of the ocean along with a separate children's pool make it a great experience for the entire family. Very good security on the property and focus by staff. The property management was extremely professional and helpful and would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Wailea Beach Villas was perfect. You feel like you are renting a large villa from a luxury hotel. The villa was very clean, welcome basket with amenities, top of the line kitchen with two refrigerators, and upgraded decor. There was construction going on the building happening during our stay, but it never really bothered us and we got a discounted rate. Great pools, with very friendly attendances. Direct access to the shops and beaches. I would rate a 9/10, because of no pool bar. But they encourage bring your own beverages to the pool. I'm going to rent here again in the future!

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at 206, nice resort, though the boardwalk and beach was quite busy while we were here. The condo could use some repainting around doors/trim as it’s a little grimy in those areas. The sheets are advertised as bed and bath and though we are not thread count people we can tell when they are low quality; for this level property they should be more like Macys’s or Bloomingdale’s.

Boston to Maui!!

Absolutely stunning, clean, modern and a small piece of heaven..My family of 4 (me and hubby and 2 adult children) rented this unit and between the pool, the beaches and the proximity to everything nearby, we lived our best days at this property….My children drove the Road to Hana..they are 29 and 26…they loved every minute of the unit and the island…Owners were so polite and helpful with anything and everything..,can’t wait to come back and I promise I will~

We are cooks by trade and the kitchen was excellently stocked with better quality tools than any other unit that we've stayed in. One of the sofa beds (there are 2 sofa beds) had an awesome Posturepedic mattress (a first!) and the kids were actually very comfortable on it. It was so clean and nice. Beautiful view off the balcony. Easy access to the elevator and quick access to the pool. We loved it and hope to visit those one again. Thank you to the managers who were so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Top notch!

Great stay

Overall we loved the unit and the location. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. Our kids appreciated the boogie boards and beach stuff left for us. The beds were a little creaky, but reasonably comfortable. The only downside for us with the property was the family pool is pretty small (our kids are 9 and 11) so they got bored of it quickly. The adult pool is gorgeous and right on the beach, but since we had our kids with us we didn’t get much chance to use it. The beach was great and a lot of fun, but the surf was pretty big so even though our kids are older we felt we needed to keep an eye on them while in the water.

Beach paradise

We had a wonderful time at J206. Easy relaxing resort for husband and two daughters. Location perfect! Kristin is a great communicator and very accommodating. Whole experience five stars.
