Beautiful sunrise and ocean views were nice. The owner was easy to communicate with. The home needs some updating and care to make it more comfortable.

Paradise on the ocean

Very peaceful and quiet beaches very clean and empty cottage was cozy clean and quiet. Plenty to do around the area if you want to get out but staying in is just as great will definitely go back soon.

Wonderful, relaxing beachfront house!

We enjoyed our stay in this historical beachfront house! The house was clean and had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with a remarkable oceanfront view. The owner was very responsive. Overall, a very positive relaxing experience.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay everything was as listed and clean! The property manager was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful view and the semi private beach is just a short walk to be in paradise.

Property is as described and a piece of history sitting right 9n the edge of the seawall overlooking the beautiful ocean Walk a few hundred feet and you can enter a super semi private beach area that is great for dogs and kids. We really enjoyed this vacation and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place right on the ocean front.

Amazing views

This is a quaint cottage in the most beautiful beach front location. Away from busy SA beach but close enough for us. It is quiet, peaceful and fun to watch surfers, windsurfers and the waves. Nothing fancy for sure but well worth the views and location. There’s even a small fenced yard on the beach with a fire pit, charcoal grill, table and chairs. Management was kind and attentive. Enjoyed it very much!

Dirty

Very dirty, food left in fridge, used soap in bathrooms, half empty shampoo, very dirty bedding with dog hair, windows and doors gap with air coming in. Owner gave us our cleaning fee back since I had .to clean before use. No screens on windows or doors. Nice view but would never rent again. Not covid friendly.

It was a cute cottage with excellent view of the ocean. It was comfortable . It does not some repairs. The owner was always available if needed .

Ocean view relaxation

Great beach cottage. Comfortable cozy place. Views are fantastic. Beach access is a short walk. Quiet and relaxing. Close to St Augustine for any sight seeing.

Great rental

My family had a wonderful vacation at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was excellent and met us when we arrived. She was always very quick to respond if we had a question. The beach was perfect. It is semi private and there were only a handful of people out each day. My husband fished right in front of the property and the teenagers played in the ocean. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

My name is Xue (Shree) and I recently move to this area from Washington DC. I work at home and live 2 doors down from this property.
I grew up in a rural village of China by the water and came to Unite States in my early 20's for advanced education, my family been fishing and farming for generations and I still enjoy fishing very much.

If you love fishing, surfing, and privacy and the beach, this place is perfect for you. This small island only have a couple dozen of houses and all our neighbors are friendly.
