Cozy 2 bedroom cottage w/ open floor plan. Situated in a cute older neighborhood just across the river from downtown, a quick drive to everything. Enjoy sitting on the porch under the grand oak tree or on grilling on the patio. The up and coming West King area has some excellent bars and restaurants and is a short walk away. For the adventurous walkers downtown is only 1.5 miles away. The beach is about a fifteen minute drive and the St. Augustine Amphitheater is about a ten minute drive.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It was like coming home. The little house is very comfortable and located in a perfect place for us to visit old friends from the years we lived in St. Augustine and to see our daughter and her family. The neighborhood is very quiet and typical old St. Augustine.

WOW, Excellent stay, The host was professional and responsive to communication, The house was clean and stocked with everything your family might need, We even had a Christmas tree, The neighborhood is awesome, Plenty of shops and restaurants, Shout out to Buena onda café and Muggsys, 10 minutes away from the center of St Augustine and Beaches. Have stayed in 5 star hotels in the past, Not anymore, 100% recommend Host and property, Will be back.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. It is close to everything St. Augustine and the owners are very easy to communicate with and always ready to help when needed.

We loved staying here and definitely would book again! Close to historic downtown and the rest of the attractions we were interested in, and it was a super cute and well decorated place!

Cottage was SPOTLESS! Kitchen is fully equipped, Keurig and Drip coffee makers. Washer and Dryer available. Plenty of linens! Warmly decorated cottage. TV reception wasn’t great but we really didn’t use it much. We truly felt comfortable . I highly recommend this wonderful cabin. Hopefully, we will be back!!

Comfortable Home Excellent Location

We spent 10 days in St Augustine and were very happy with the cleanliness and amenities of this cute little house. The location is the best for historic downtown or beach time. Some great local restaurants just down the street. Would stay again.
