囲まれた中庭を備えたこの独立したブルトンの家は、すべての近代的な快適さをもたらします。 田舎の静かな場所にあり、ディナンの中心部からわずか3 km、すべてのショップの2つ未満です。

1階の40 m2には、woodストーブ、本、ボードゲーム、TV DVDプレーヤー、CD /ラジオ、独立した設備の整ったキッチン（冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、ストーブ付きの大きなリビングルームがあります。ガスオーブン、食器洗い機、電子レンジ）。 食事のためにそこに座ることができます。 南に面したテラスに直接アクセスできます。 （さらに、洗面台と洗濯物を備えたトイレが隣接しています。）

2階には2つのスイートがあり、それぞれにシャワールーム（大きなシャワー）とトイレがあります。 コーナーレスト、ワードローブ...ピンクの部屋には1台のベッド140 X190、青い部屋には2台のベッド80X190を連結できます。

外には、中庭に設備の整ったテラス（ダイニングテーブル、バーベキュー、パラソル、アームチェア）、車や自転車のシェルター、ボウリンググリーンがあります。 さらに、屋外ゲームもあります。
コテージにはWIFIインターネットアクセスがあり、1階には教育を受けた犬が同伴できます。 コテージは禁煙です。 （ベビーベッド、リクエストに応じて利用可能なハイチェア）

Gite de la Brezardais

The gite is very comfortable and very well equipped.It is well situated close to the St Malo ferry in a quiet rural location with easy access to the many attractions on the coast as well as Dinan & Dinard.Your hosts Beatrice & Pascal are very welcoming ,friendly and helpful.

Brittany Adventure

We spent a month at the Gite de la Bezardais and enjoyed every single day. The Gite itself is very comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay and the location for exploring the many interesting places that of Brittany has to offer is excellent. Even a couple of days exploring the Normandy beaches and of course Bayeux was very convenient. Dinan, for us, was a wonderful surprise and we spent many enjoyable days exploring the town and its surrounds. Beatrice and Pascale are excellent hosts and were always readily available with suggestions for places to visit.

Ein sehr ansprechendes Haus mit sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Am Haus und seiner Einrichtung ist nichts auszusetzen, durch die Einzäunung ideal für Haustiere. Beatrice und Pascal stehen bei allen Fragen hilfreich zur Verfügung und der Kuchen von Beatrice ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist ideal für die Erkundung der Bretagne und die Stadt Dinan ist allein schon eine Reise wert.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir hatten die herrliche, sehr ruhig gelegene Gite gebucht, um Touren in die Bretagne und die Normandie zu unternehmen. Béatrice und Pascal haben uns liebevoll empfangen und uns ausführlich über alles Wichtige im Haus informiert. Wir konnten das Auto gleich in den Carport fahren und unser Gepäck von dort aus bequem über die dort vorhandene zusätzliche Türe direkt ins Haus bringen, was auch im Fall von Regen günstig war. Das umzäunte Haus hat eine große, mit Gartenmöbeln gut ausgestattete Terrasse, Garten und Hof. Durch das verschließbare Tor fühlten wir uns und unser Fahrzeug sicher untergebracht. Béatrice und Pascal gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere Touren in der Umgebung. Dinan war mit dem Auto in ca.10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es neben einer wunderbaren historischen Altstadt auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lademöglichkeiten für unser Elektrofahrzeug. Aber zurück zum Haus: Die moderne Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgerüstet, das Wohnzimmer traditionell eingerichtet, passend zum Charakter der Gite. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eine weitere Toilette sowie ein Vorratsraum mit Waschmaschine. Die beiden liebevoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer auf der ersten Etage verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad mit Waschplatz, Duschkabine und WC. Es ist schön, dass die Gastgeber ein solch traditionelles Haus weiterhin pflegen.In einem solch traditionellen Haus wohnen zu können, war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Danke an die hervorragenden Gastgeber.

Welcoming and comfortable

Beatrice and Pascal are lovely people, they made us feel at home. Facilities are excellent. Property is calm and peaceful. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Close to Dinan. Secure, private parking on the premises.

Great Gite in France

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely house/gite. The hosts who live next door are very helpful explaining where to visit in the area and also about the house. The tourist information in the house was mainly in french so not a great help to us. Plenty of space for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Would have preferred a duvet on bed instead of a throw over but thats a personal choice. Lots of places to visit. We even had a night over in Jersey as ferry from St Malo is only 40 minutes away. The owners even left us a far breton (a traditional french dessert) for our return, which was welcomed and lovely. Loved the location.

Brittany Experience

Pros….comfortable bed but pillows thin and bolster uncomfortable (we did not use) and duvet instead of throw…would be better. Exceptionally good shower, very clean, good washing facilities and outside space. Kitchen well kitted out. Cons…..tourist information very out of date and only in French. Heating boiler did not adequately heat house, on chilly evenings….we were firmly advised not to touch or alter settings…and apparently it was necessary for the owner to enter house to check on regular basis. House very much decorated to owners taste ..with many accessories from its previous life. We loved the location and would happily return to the area again.

Wonderful Home

Superb two bedroom cottage, complete with modern appliances, superb kitchen and household furnishings, and antique furniture and decorations. Our hosts are kind, generous and wonderful people. They treated us like close friends. It's a quiet location with easy access to Dinan and other scenic parts of Brittany. We hope to return someday. If you stay here, you will too.

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC. Zusätzliches WC im EG. Ausstattung 2a - alles vorhanden. Sehr ruhig mit abgeschlossenem kleinen Hof-/Terrassenbereich. Best gite we've ever stayed in!

This gite is amazing, truly a home from home. It's spacious, beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of every possible convenience for their guests. The property is extremely well situated, in a quiet lane, and has access to many pretty coastal and inland resorts, most of them being less than a 30 minute drive, with the unmissable Mont St. Michel, being around 40 minutes. Our hosts Beatrice and Pascal were truly wonderful, they were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, they genuinely put every effort into making your holiday experience the best it could possibly be.We really hope that we are able to return to the gite at some point in the future and can heartily recommend the property to anyone requiring a quiet and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. Lieux très calme, reposant et très propre intérieur, comme extérieur. Un véritable havre de paix, que mes enfants et moi-même avons particulièrement apprécié. Très bel accueil par les propriétaires, qui nous ont donné de bons conseils de visites aux alentours et ont été très disponibles. La maison est bien décorée, très cocooning et ultra-fonctionnelle. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus - Une maison de vacances très agréable et propre

Unsere Familie hatte für fast 2 Wochen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus, um die wunderschöne Region der Bretagne von hier aus erkunden zu können. Die Lage dafür in der Nähe von Dinan war sehr gut. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Mont St-Michel über Saint-Malo bis hin zur Smaragdküste mit dem Cap Fréhel waren innerhalb von einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Rennes und Vannes sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Lage war trotz der Nähe zur N176 sehr ruhig am Rande eines Dorfes. Die wunderschöne Altstadt Dinan selbst und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter Béatrice und Pascal sind sehr gastfreundlich und gaben uns einige sehenswerte Insidertipps. Sie standen auch für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit sehr guter Ausstattung in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Der Aufenthalt hier ist sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Béatrice und Pascal! Notre famille a passé un séjour mémorable dans ce gîte pendant près de 2 semaines pour explorer la belle région de la Bretagne. L'emplacement pour ce près de Dinan était très bon. Tous les principaux sites touristiques du Mont St-Michel à Saint-Malo en passant par la Côte d'Emeraude avec le Cap Fréhel sont accessibles en une heure en voiture. Rennes et Vannes ne sont pas loin non plus. L'emplacement était très calme malgré la proximité de la N176 à la périphérie d'un village. La belle vieille ville de Dinan elle-même et les commerce

Eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft

Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern Beatrice und Pascale sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten einige gut Tips für unsere geplanten Aktivitäten. Das Haus hatten wir auch aufgrund guter Bewertungen ausgewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, modern renoviert, sehr sauber, gemütlich und praktisch ausgestattet. Die 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern sind der Hit, absolut praktisch und komfortabel. Die schöne Außenterrasse mit Liegestühlen sowie einem Sitzbereich mit Tisch wurde von uns gern genutzt, auch aufgrund der ländlichen und angenehm ruhigen Umgebung. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen sehr praktisch. Unser erster Urlaub in der Bretagne hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect location & so quiet!

This is a charming Breton cottage that is updated, roomy and nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, top quality bed linens and a large outdoor area with table, chairs and grill. It has covered parking for your car with direct access from the house and is convenient to everything - 5 mins drive to 4 large grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and all kinds of other stores. It is only 13 mins to the center of Dinan with its Chateau, Cathedral and bell tower and lots of shops and restaurants. It also has easy highway access for exploring other towns and sights in Brittany. Pascal and Beatrice are very warm and welcoming, easy to communicate with and respond quickly. They live next door so they are easily accessible if you have questions. We stayed in their lovely house for 2 weeks and hated to leave. We recommend this property 100% and would be happy to return.

Absolut ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Super und sehr gepflegte Gite mit allem, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die liebvolle Einrichtung lässt auch Regentage genüsslich verbringen. Beatrice und Pascal sind tolle Vermieter, unaufdringlich, und doch immer da, wenn etwas braucht. Würden wir immer wieder buchen.
