Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Taden, this charming house of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m² (with decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 80 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (decorative) and sofa.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- An office space.
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful unfenced garden of about 1,000 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Taden, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Sightseeing, hiking, various water activities, cruising many activities and visits are available to you.
- City of Dinan at only 2 km.
- About 20 km from the coast and its beaches: Lancieux, Saint Jacut, Dinard, Saint-Malo, St Lunaire, St Briac, Cancale...
- At 55 km from the Mont-Saint-Michel.
- Forest of Broceliande, Jugon les Lacs, the river of La Rance....

- You can park directly in the courtyard of the house (2 vehicles).

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- The fireplace is not functional.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Only one pet allowed per stay.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of the receptions. An additional fee may be requested.
