Villa Kalypsoは明るくスタイリッシュな新築ヴィラで、田舎の壮大な景色が見渡せる素晴らしい場所にあり、屋内外での生活を楽にしています。 この素晴らしいヴィラには、ロフトタイプの4つのベッドルームと大きなプライベートプールがあります。 ヴィラはのどかなロケーションに位置し、地上階と最上階のテラスからのパノラマの景色が自慢です。

ヴィラは、大きなスーパーマーケット、薬局、銀行、居酒屋、バーがあるペラマの町の中心部からわずか200mです。 レティムノで最も美しい海辺の村の1つに分類される砂浜と美しい村Panormoへは車でわずか7kmです（5分）。 また、発見するためのもっと楽しい村がたくさんあります。

Villa Kalypsoの屋外スペースでは、1。55 m（1 m）の深さの日光浴をして、素敵なプライベートプールで泳ぐことができます。サンベッドとパラソルを利用できます。 タイル張りのテラスでは、バーベキュー設備や屋外のシッティング＆ダイニングエリアを利用して、おいしい食事を作り、友達や家族と一緒に木陰の下で楽しめます。 同時に、田園地帯の景色と新鮮な空気と青い空を楽しみながら、リラックスして夏休みを最大限にお楽しみください。 リビングルームと1階のベッドルームのいずれかのドアからプールテラスに直接アクセスできます。

正面玄関からは、オープンプランの広いリビングルームがあり、伝統的なスタイルに従って、ダイニングテーブルと暖炉があり、素朴で上品に装飾されています。 ラウンジからモダンな設備の整ったキッチンへとつながっています。そこには追加のダイニングエリアがあります。 キッチンはとても広々としていて、自家製の料理を作るのに理想的です。 1階には、2つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用のバスルームがあります。 もう一方のベッドルームにはシングルベッド2台とソファがあります。 これらの寝室のそれぞれには、ダブルベッドを備えたロフトタイプのマスターベッドルームへと続く2階へと続く木製の階段があります。 1階のベッドルームはとても明るく明るく、ベッドからでも景色を楽しめます。 さらに、彼らはパティオの家具と影付きパーゴラを装備し、周辺地域の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができる大きなベランダへのアクセス権を持っています。

Das Haus war top und ließ keine Wünsche offen! Es war super sauber. Es gab sogar einen tollen Presentkorb als Willkommen. Vielen Dank an Konstantinos für seine Hilfe. Selbst eine kleine Reparatur wurde innehalb von ein paar Minuten nach Anruf erledigt.Es war herrlich abends draußen zu sitzen mit Barbeque, Tischtennis spielen und auf der Schaukel mit einem Glas Wein zu entspannen!Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely villa had a brilliant holiday

The villa is as described and was perfect for our stay 6 girls. The out door area is superb and everywhere is really clean. The sunbeds are amazing !! If you want to visit a few places I would advise a car as the taxis can be a bit pricey. However the taxi company are super reliable and friendly we were given the number on arrival by the villa host. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk note villa is on a steep hill. The communication with the villa host is fantastic every questions was answered within an hour or less and was always friendly and accommodating. I would really recommend this villa if you are after a relaxing holiday and a quiet peaceful stay as there is not lots to do which was what we were after. The beach is 20 minutes by car and is really nice Evita beach is gorgeous. The host recommended a food delivery which was supported local women in business and it was excellent in fact it lasted us 2 nights worth doing. We really had a fantastic holiday thank you Vicky and all the girls.

The perfect stay!

The property is absolutely stunning, just as described - if not better! Myself and a group of friends visited for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The communication from the host was so thorough and we were able to book various special events through the company too which made it a truly very special trip. We already want to return!

Lovely host; very very helpful. Very clean villa and as described, however the surrounding area was not as per the description. I would suggest the villa is car essential.

just perfect....

From the moment we booked this villa to the moment we left we have had everything sorted for us, Valia is just wonderful helping us out with any queries we had. She put us in contact with George our airport transfer and pretty much chauffeur and guide for the week! When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by the lovely owner and her son to welcome us and make sure we were happy with everything, which of course we were! A lovely little hamper was waiting for us with water and fruit juices in the fridge too. The villa itself is just beautiful, we were just blown away with everything especially the outside area. The only thing that we would say that is a very small negative is its location but you wouldn't get such a stunning villa if you were in the town. It was a little walk into the town where there were 2 restaurants worth a visit and a couple of supermarkets but a bit of a hard walk back up the hill. We would definitely use this villa again and highly recommend it....perfect!

Oh my word what a gorgeous property

From walking through the door with a very welcome greeting this Villa has the wow factor. What hits you as you walk in is the cleanliness, not a finger or footprint anywhere, not a spec of dust. The new kitchen is huge with crockery utensils and appliances a plenty, a huge kitchen table. The bedrooms are enormous. 2 doors lead to the ground floor bedrooms that have single beds and the en-suite there is then an open staircase to the enormous double bedroom. I'd say its for families as nipping to the loo during the night from upstairs means walking through the room with the single beds in both cases. The upstairs bedrooms lead to a gorgeous terrace where you can star gaze and watch sunrise and sunsets. We ate up there a few times The outdoor areas - wowzer! BBQ area with table tennis and another large table with a bench and chairs, grassed area, pool area with plenty of new sunbeds and 2 swinging large chairs its relaxing to sit in watching the world go by and there's shade all day there which is welcome Its the little things too that made it for us, toilet roll for the week, washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo, a very generous welcome pack, bin liners, kitchen roll, hand sanitizer etc (I could go on). Also all the spare towels and bedding and in a vacuum sealed bag for hygiene. There was no extra charge for aircon which is in every room which is rare. Big thanks to Valia for such a warm welcome from our first enquiry and for checking on us 3-4 times during the week without being intrusive. Such a lovely lady and much appreciated. Do not hesitate to book here there's lots to explore around it and there's a wonderful local taxi man a few doors down Giorgos Sopasou with a wealth of knowledge. 30 Euros to Rethmynon was well worth it between the 4 of us or 10 euros to Panormas which is only 5-10 mins away and a lovely little place.

Stunning villa. Amazing attention to detail, in the decor, the really thoughtful supplies of everything u could need. Even the potted herbs beside the bbq area! Fab air con which we needed, pool cleaned very frequently, cleaning mid week and fresh sheets and towels every few days a real treat. Valia was so helpful and responsive, a major reassurance when away from home. Lovely warm welcome from the owner and a very generous welcome hamper. Only wish we found the fish shop earlier to cook more bbqs as the supermarkets only have frozen fish. He is just off the main street in Perama and has great English.

Villa Kalypso is wonderful

We spent with 8 people (2 families), a wonderful stay in the villa Kalypso. Everything was exactly as described. We did not miss anything. The welcome pack was very extensive and generous. The reception by Mr. Yiannis jr was very warm. Mr Yiannis also came by again. Very sympathetic, warm and helpful people. We felt very comfortable. The contact with Valia was also very, very good. We were just completely worried. 2 times a week the villa was cleaned and daily the pool boy came. That was a great service. Arrive and feel good ... YOU have all made it together. Thanks alot!!! We would definitely recommend the villa to 100%. Maybe we'll come by myself again ;-)

Great House with fantastic pool

We spend 12 days in this house with our 3 year old son. The pool is not suitable for small Kids, but there was a Baby Pool, life jacket and lots of toys for playing at the beach. Our son loved it. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The 4 bed rooms are connected via stairs. This might not always be good for a bigger Group. For our group of 3 it was no issue. The location was good to Visit Rethymno, Knossos, Arkadi, Bali beach and some gorges. There was also a playground and a Great bbq Restaurant in walking distance. It had great food for a really good Price. The only negative points I can think of are the neighbours which were sometimes really noisy until the morning hours. But there was AC so closing the windows was OK. There were also some mosquitos, but this is of course not related to the house. The owner was very helpful and even offered a huge welcome basket with food and snacks. We can highly recommend this house and would love to come back.

Great value, beautiful villa

We really loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home and would recommend it. We were really impressed by facilities and design. Like others have mentioned could do with some smaller cooking pans and the layout is a bit unusual, whereby you access the upstairs bedrooms through the downstairs bedrooms. Perhaps would be nice to offer privacy screens for the occupants of the downstairs bedrooms. The local village has a few good restaurants, a great bakery selling amazing cakes and ice cream. The supermarket in the centre of the village is bigger than the one on the edge. Lovely bars and restaurants in nearby Melidoni and Panormos.

Fabulous!

Villa Dafni exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is just as beautiful and clean as it looks in the photographs. We are a family of 5 and had way more space than we needed. In my opinion this villa is perfect for two families of 4/5 due to the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms are huge and both lead out onto a large veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, a lovely place to have a morning coffee or a drink at sunset. The large kitchen is very well equipped. Airconditioning and wifi worked perfectly throughout the entire house. The outdoor area was by far the highlight for us. The pool was exceptionally clean and the whole space was beautifully laid out and maintained. There were 8 very comfortable sunbeds and a large umbrella aswell as a table and chairs and barbecue area. The outdoor area is not overlooked and provides beautiful views of the surrounding areas. A car is a must as only the town of Perama is within walking distance but there are a number of lovely beaches within a short drive. During our stay we visited Heraklion, Knossos, Rethymno and the beaches at Plakias, Bali and Panormos, loved it all. Communication with Valia was fantastic before and throughout our stay. She went above and beyond in ensuring all was well. The welcome pack was exceptional! The house was cleaned once during our week long stay. We had a problem with the washing machine and were delighted when it was replaced within a couple of days, thank you Valia! Would highly recommend this villa.

Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa

Wir haben eine Woche mit 8 Personen im Juli verbracht. Unser Willkommen am späten Abend war sehr herzlich und unser Kühlschrank war voller leckerer Sachen. Die Villa ist genauso wie beschrieben, sauber, geräumig und sogar der Obst Teller hat nicht gefehlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr und Gewürzen. Jeder Raum hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage ist abends beleuchtet und ladet zum Genießen ein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam sogar der Reinigungsservice wie im Hotel. Die Betreuung durch Valia war einzigartig. So ein herzliches Engagement habe noch nicht erlebt. Egal um welchen Wunsch oder Angelegenheit es ging, Valia war stets in Kontakt und hatte Vorschläge. Hier kann man einen entspannten Urlaub mit den Lieblingsmenschen verbringen.

Villa de rêve !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans la villa Kalypso ! Idéalement située dans une petite ville calme à 30mn de Réthymnon et 1h d'Héraklion. Nous étions 8 (mon mari et nos 6 enfants de 12 à 27 ans). Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de grandes armoires, les 2 du haut donnent sur une belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et l'une des 2 du bas directement sur la piscine; les enfants profitaient de la piscine et des accessoires gonflables ( ballons, bouée ...) dès le réveil et le soir jusqu'à la nuit tombée ! Tous nos repas se sont déroulés sur la terrasse (équipée d'un grand barbecue) avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Nous avons appréciés le linge de lit et bain fourni, une femme de ménage est venue en milieu de semaine pour tout changer et faire le ménage. Dans la grande cuisine super équipée nous attendait un panier garni de produits régionaux (production du propriétaire) et une bouteille de vin blanc . Le propriétaire est très sympa. Seul petit "bémol" la table extérieure est prévue pour 6, mais nous sortions 2 chaises supplémentaires et tenions à 8. Enfin bref, LE BONHEUR !!!

Great value for money

Stayed here with three girl friends and booked fairly last minute. Villa is great but you may want to be aware that each downstairs bedroom has an open staircase to the double rooms upstairs and the bathrooms are attached to the downstairs bedrooms. This is great for families but could be an issued if you came to the villa as couples. It was fine for us as we had a room each and were happy to share bathrooms. Pool was perfect and clean but we had awful weather so didn't get to use . Plenty of outside furniture and you soon get used to the barking dogs and cockerels. It is rural so be ready for that. The house is up a steep hill but it's not far to the town for essentials but would recommend a car. We went to Bali and Rethymon and paramos but it was always nice to return to the villa at night. We were left some essentials which was appreciated , the villa could benefit from another hair drier and some smaller cooking pots. Also the lighting was quite harsh so a few lamps in the dining and sitting areas would be good but these are minor things. The owners are lovely and very helpful . Thanks to them for their help whilst we were there

Fantastic villa

Clean, large villa in lovely quiet spot...Valia was amazing, nothing was too much to arrange. Wolf definitely recommend and we will probably return next year :-)

impressive family villa

We had a great time at the house. The villa is very well appointed - we had everything we needed (and more), the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Stepping straight out to the pool was lovely and you aren't overlooked, which was good. We had one minor issue with the wifi during our stay, but the response was very quick to get it sorted. As with many places on Crete you do need sat nav, phone app or something similar to find it initially, but once you get your bearings it's very straightforward to come and go. The only thing I would say, is that it's a bit more than 200m from the villa to the town and a bit of a pull uphill on the way back - but, that said, even I managed it 3 times. The bar/café/grill is great (they do take away and delivery if you can't face getting dressed and going out!), the supermarket next door is well stocked and the bakery next door to that does AMAZING cakes, pastries, sandwiches, slices of pizza and homemade ice-cream. Would recommend as a base to see more of Crete or to chill out.
