快適で親しみやすいヴィラは、ciの音だけを聞き、プールの周りで一日中日光浴を楽しめる森のある静かなエリアにあります。
家族や友人との素晴らしい滞在に必要なものはすべて揃っています。

ヴィラはビーチやお店（Polygone Riviera）の近くにあります。ニース空港まで6 kmです。歴史的な観光地（サンポールドヴァンス、グラース、ニースの旧市街...）に近い。ゴルフ愛好家のために、非常に美しいコース（オピオ、ヴァルボンヌ、...）がヴィラから20分のところにあります。ヴィラの場所も多くのハイキングの可能性を提供します。

ヴィラは、8人まで収容できる4つのベッドルームで構成されています。また、2つのバスルームと2つのトイレがあり、そのうち1つは独立しています。 3つのテラスに加えて、ヴィラは現代生活のすべての快適さを提供します。

Great Vacation Home in General

This is a great vacation home and is out of the way enough but super close to everything. Spacious home as we had 8 there 6 adults and two teen daughters. Pool and outdoor area are great and great family/large group indoor and outdoor dining. Operational pool light a great bonus. Just a couple of notes for future guests. There is a lovely ping pong table but no balls or paddles so bring your own or go buy them. Heed the warning on bringing beach and pool towels as there are only enought for one per guest and only kitchen hand towels. Lastly, if you are from the United States and expect powerful American Style air conditioning this house does not have it. That said, you can close the blinds and the bedroom doors and run the AC during the day and it will be temperate at night; however, if it is hot and you do not do this and the ambient temps do not cool down at night you will likely be hot. There are also no screens on the windows to keep out bugs if you want to open the windows and let fresh air in. These were minor issues for our trip as temps were around 68-70 degrees F at night and 83-86 during the day. I am pretty familiar with these split unit AC units but Maybe I was doing something wrong but I don't think so as I have stayed where some units are powerful and some are not it depends on the number of exterior blowers usually and this house seems to have only one for all the units. That said, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Maison de vacances parfaite pour une petite famille (6 personnes)

Cette Villa a exaucé tous nos vœux de passer une semaine sous le soleil de Provece. Nager dans la piscine ou dans la Méditerranée. Découvrir l’histoire des villes fortifiées, l’art, la vie sur la place du marché et les halles.Manger au restaurant ou préparer des repas ensemble à la maison. Les commerces étaient à proximité.Nous, les adultes et nos deux petits garçons, avons passé ub excellent séjour.Et merci à la charmante Monica et son mari qui nous ont attendus à notre arrivée tardive .

Absolute Katasrtophe

Ich kann leider nur positives über die Mitarbeiterin sagen, die Vor Ort uns reingelassen hat und verabschiedet hat - super nett aber kann für die gesamte Situation nichts. Das Haus ist teilweise in einem nicht ordnungsgemäßen Zustand. Die Gäste Toilette hatte einen Wasserschaden an der Decke und war komplett verschimmelt. Im Wohnzimmer waren auch Wasserschäden mit Schimmel Stockflecken - alles für die Gesundheit nicht okay. Zusätzlich waren im kompletten Haus Schaben (Schädlinge). selber komme ich aus der Lebensmittelherstellung und kann dies richtig identifizieren. Der Garten war nicht gepflegt wie auf den Bilder, es sah in teilen Katastrophal aus. der Pool war an vielen stellen beschädigt, so das die Kinder sich verletzt haben. Ich kann und werde diese Unterkunft nicht Empfehlen!

Villa très agréable et spacieuse

Nos vacances à la Villa de Cagnes-sur-mer se sont très bien passées. La Villa est confortable et très agréable. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 1 semaines (6 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 5 ans). L’espace y est suffisant. L’air conditionné dans les chambres fonctionne bien mais l’appareil de la pièce de vie devrait être plus puissante. Dans l’ensemble, tout correspond à la description annoncée sur le site. À recommander

Magnifique 🌞

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour dans un propriété propre, équipé, sécurisé. Le lieu est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Villa sympa

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances dans la maison. La table de Ping Ping est un vrai plus ;) la maison est propre bien entretenue avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je vous recommande. Monica est également très réactive ! Un très bon séjour !

5 chemins de léouvé Cagnes sur Mer

Très belle villa en terme de structure. Piscine super. Par contre, les accessoires à disposition sont un peu justes (nous étions 6). Une serviette pour la semaine par personne par exemple. Ballon d'eau chaude trop petit (les derniers en sont privés ...). L'accueil de Monika, juste parfait. Très agréable.

Séjour parfait

Villa très bien équipée et bien située (Entre Nice et Antibes). Grand centre commercial à proximité. Une voiture est cependant nécessaire pour s’y rendre. Piscine et terrasse idéales pour profiter du soleil. Endroit assez calme. Si nous retournons à Cagnes-sur-Mer, nous reprenons cette villa sans hésitation.

Erholsame Familien Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Objekt als Garant für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub. Ein überaus herzlicher Empfang bei dem auch die ersten nötigen Informationen und Hilfestellungen nicht gefehlt haben. Und diese für uns auch noch auf Deutsch, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Ich kann dieses durchaus schöne Reiseziel besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen

Sehr schöne Villa!

Die Villa ist sehr gut. Wir haben dort Mitte Juli 1 Woche zu 6. verbracht. Das Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Die Bäder sowie die Küche waren sauber und man findet alles vor, was man benötigt. Innen ist viel Platz und es gibt einen PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Gelände. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Die Tischtennis-Platte wurde von uns auch viel genutzt. Abends haben wir lange im großen Garten gesessen. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der eher weniger Touristen sind. Der nächste Supermarkt (Casino) lässt sich innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das schwache (wenn auch funktionierende) WLAN. Da es überall LTE gibt, war das jedoch kein Problem. Falls ein Urlaub in Cagenes-Sur-Mer geplant ist, würden wir jeweils einen Tagesausflug nach Nizza und Monaco unternehmen! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief sehr gut via E-Mail. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und problemlos. Insgesamt würden wir die Villa definitiv empfehlen!

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passés de magnifiques vacances en famille et amis pendant ces 15 jours. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants + 1 bébé de 2 ans. La maison est vraiment confortable, conforme aux photos du site. Très spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, le Ping Pong et les parties enflammées de basket-ball. Nous avons également apprécié l’emplacement de la villa dans les hauteurs au calme et en même temps à proximité de tous les sites sympa de la région. Les hauts de Cagnes, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Antibes, Nice etc .... Je recommande vraiment cette villa, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci à Monika qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Disappointment..

From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive everywhere....the nearest points of interest were two supermarkets and mall...quite frankly one could have been anywhere in a busy suburb...we're very familiar with the South of France having had a house here for many years(inland) and we were truly expecting something far more in keeping with the area..

Mooie ruime moderne villa met privé zwembad

Wij hebben een week gelogeerd in deze mooie moderne villa met een gezin van vier. De kinderen 12 en 8 jaar hebben enorm genoten van het mooie grote zwembad (8 x4 meter) alsook van de grote tuin met Ping Pong tafel en mogelijkheid tot basketballen. Villa bestaat uit grote leefruimte met open keuken, 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers waardoor je er gemakkelijk met 2 families kan verblijven. De ligging van de villa is rustig en een beetje afgelegen en dus is het aan te raden om een wagen te hebben. Het onthaal door de vriendelijke mevrouw Vella was hartelijk en zeer aangenaam. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons weekje vakantie in deze mooie villa en raden deze woning zeker aan!

Lovely, modern villa

The villa was a perfect place for all 6 (3 couples) to relax in peace. The property has 4 large bedrooms that are comfortable and clean. The open plan living space is spacious and impeccable. The pool was absolutely perfect for us to cool cool down after soaking up the sun on the terrace or after day trips to Cannes or Monaco. The closest supermarket is a 25 minutes walk away from the property and we used Uber all the time. I would recommend hireing a car since walking for more than 30 minutes in the summer heat is laborious.
