Family Vacation

Villa Panorama was the perfect location for our trip to France. Spectacular location and a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Would certainly recommend.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view and layout. Lots of space for us as two families meeting together. Note the bedroom arrangement. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor 1 on the bottom and another in a seperate apartment which is attached to the house. This was less than ideal for us as two seperate families with young children. One family had 3 bedrooms upstairs and the other had 1 bedroom and a sofabed downstairs. There was also no bedding provided for either of the cots which we should have been advised of. We had paid for bedding.Also we stayed for a week and there was insufficent bin bag, dishwasher tablets etc provided for this time. We understand a starter pack is often provided in places but no one is going to buy dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc especially given the amount that this property was rented for. Overall it was a great property and we would recommend to others to stay. The view is spectacular the location is great and peaceful, pool is lovely. Accomodation is very secure and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Ageing Villa with a view

At first the villa was as we expected, fantastic view of the mountains from a terraced villa in a residential cul de sac, short distance to Nice and close to the beautiful town of Saint Paul De Vence. As our two week holiday continued , it was evident that the villa needed updating and maintaining. The swimming pool had not been serviced on the saturday and it was clear that the chlorine levels not maintained . I notified the owner and he asked me to put in the cleaning tablets and hoover the pool and he would get the janitor in. There was then a blockage in the kitchen , which took two days for the janitor to come , who turned up at 8pm with a “plumber” and then in the dark with the pool lights on, maintained the pool. There was then a leak in our bedroom roof when it rained , which I notified the owner , who thanked me for letting him know, but did not offer any other advice or service. A couple of other things, was that The pool area had a section that held alot of rainwater that would not drain away and the table tennis table was warped with the bats and balls provided, being very tired. It all sounds terrible , but we did have a good family holiday with the villa serving our needs , although not without problems. If the owner invests in the updating and maintenance of the property, it will be a fantastic place to vacation.

Vacances de Noël en famille.Belle vue et grande maison, au calme, mais elle mérite d'être mieux entretenue: problème de fuite d'eau dans une chambre, d'évacuation dans les canalisations et un radiateur en panne. Le gardien est intervenu. Le propriétaire a pris en compte la gêne occasionnée et fait un geste commercial. Nous avons quand même passé de bons moments vaisselle et linge en quantité et bonne literie (sauf le lit de la chambre du studio). Il ne manque pas grand chose pour en faire un lieu idéal pour des vacances.

Amazing views!

We had a great stay here with our adult children. The views go without saying and the house has a charming character. There was ample room to spread out and get privacy. There is a separate small apartment as well as a lower level suite area. It's down a few levels but we really enjoyed the pool area too. The kitchen is well equipment with utensils. It would be a great house for several couples or larger family. While not super close to town, we loved the location both to hang out at and use as a base for day trips. It is convenient to the Nice airport & a few train stations. We would definitely return if we had the opportunity! *One note is to pack your car or plan to shop immediately. The house does not come with cleaning products, paper products, cooking products or soap products, except the lucky people after us since we flew home & left all we had purchased. :) Also, fyi we rented linens and it was only 1 pillow case & 1 bath towel per person plus sheets for each bed so maybe rent extras.

Vue imprenable 😍

Nous avons passé un sajour en famille parfait dans cette belle propriété. Jorn, le propriétaire était disponible rapidement en ligne pour répondre à nos questions. La vue est à coupé le souffle. On ne s'en lasse pas. La maison était très propre. Malgré le fait que la piscine soit en contrebas, tout était aménagé pour ne pas devoir remonter (toilettes, cuisine extérieure....). En conclusion, nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

A step to paradise

Wonderful

We stayed here with family for a week and we had a wonderful time. The villa is large and perfect for large families. Well decorated and it has a wonderful terrace and private pool where the kids loved to play. Overall I can highly recommend!!

Amazing villa, beautiful surroundings!

We had an amazing time. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Lovely location and the views were amazing off the terrace. So much to do in the surrounding area and St Paul De Vence is stunning, we walked from the villa which was a little hilly but easily done. We would definately use this villa again, thank you for a brilliant holiday.
