A very nice property overlooking a wooded valley with views down to the sea in the distance. It is comfortable and well-equipped., with a lovely pool and sun terrace. Overall, a very nice property. But note that a car is essential in this location.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa in France. It is a very attractive property and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There were, however, a few things that we feel could be improved. We knew when booking that there was no air conditioning, but unfortunately the fans provided were very weak and did little to relieve the heat, particularly at night. The pillows on the bed were also extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and would definitely benefit from being replaced. We also felt that, given we paid separately for the bed linen, proper bed sheets would have been preferable rather than duvet covers being used as sheets. Finally, some of the woodwork and air vents in the rooms were noticeably dusty and would benefit from a thorough clean.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort that has gone into making the villa a comfortable and welcoming place. With a few relatively simple improvements, we feel it could be an even better experience for future guests.

Wonderful home for our vacation!

Wonderful experience staying at this lovely home. We loved the calm and quiet, the pool to cool off from the heat and the spacious accommodations. We loved being near everything but away from noise and crowds. We will definitely return!

Very clean house. Well stocked kitchen with drip and nespresso coffee makers. Host provided clear instructions for use of all amenities. Pool was beautiful but weather was too chilly for us to use. We enjoyed the house, the gorgeous view, and nearby attractions.

It was all great, starting with communication to the house. I have never had such a well-equipped house. Location is great for excursions to Nice or the National Park. everything was clean and we were more than satisfied.

Lovely villa, very spacious. Pool was fabulous. Only recommendation would be air conditioning as weather was extremely hot making it difficult to sleep at night.

Dear Jane, Thank you for you review and the good care of our beloved villa during your stay. It is sad to hear you faced to high temperature jeopardizing your nights in such quiet and ventilated place. We are of course considering your suggestion for anticipating climate changes as , so far, after 15 years of stay in july, i always needed to be covered by sheets at night. Loking forward to hearing from toi again, Gaetan

villa on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur Mer

A beautiful and quiet property on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur mer. This was perfect for the family and would definitely stay again. The only downside is it's proximity to the local town. You have to hire a vehicle which is easy to do and once you have one the villa is easy to reach. The owner was easy to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was alright. Would recommend this peaceful villa.

Great stay!

The house is very well equipped (especially if you like to cook!) and spotlessly clean. Ideally located (close to shopping centers, beaches, airport) and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. We had a very good communication with the owner who gave us very clear indications. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or a stay with friends, the four bedrooms and the bathrooms are well organised so that everyone can have their private space. You can enjoy the garden and pool with a very nice view. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful time in south of France

We had a wonderul time in Gaetans villa. The house is beautiful, clean and full equipped (washing machine, kitchen stuff). House is big enough for nice evenings together and also to have some private time. It is located in a quite area on a mountain. The pool area is gorgeous, what was a bit sad is that out of 4 sun beds two were damaged and the grill was a bit small. In overall we had an amazing time and loved our stay at the villa.

Dear Hülya, Thank you so much for such a review. We also enjoyed the perfect care of the house during your stay. Sunbeds are a frustrating issue as we ordered 6 pieces in july and received only 2 end of septembre. We still today chase supplier for getting more with higher standard of quality. Looking forward to hearing from you again, Gaetan F.

Birthday Holiday - May/June 2023

Lovely villa. Beautiful pool and gardens. Exceptionally well equipped. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Stunning views. Helpful, friendly owner. A pity there were only 2 toilets for 4 bedrooms. It could have been a bit cleaner in corners and under things in the villa. The pillows are a bit old and worn and some of the mattress protectors were stained, even though they had been washed (they need replacing!). But overall a fabulous week in a wonderful place! Thank you.
