We have a standard check list that our cleaners have to report before the guest checks in to ensure the units' cleanliness, were sorry that it is not to your satisfactory. e. Please keep in mind that Maui is a tropical island and it is normal that pets such as small roaches and sometimes bugs are seen in the unit. In the future, you can always provide us with a photo for the complaint our Service Managers will definitely be available to assist you with any issues during your stay. Although the owners hire professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics.
