Great stay!

This condo worked great for our family while we were in Kauai. The owner is super helpful and responsive. We appreciated all of the little extras that were included with this rental that made the week easier.

Great stay!

Beautiful location we had a nice stay. Condo furnishings are a little dated but overall super comfortable, refrigerator had some issues but owner was aware and had a remedy so it wasn’t an issue. The outdoor cooking area was close to the condo and we used it often. The pool, hot tub, and courts were awesome and staff were great.

Had a wonderful time at Cary’s Cliffs Condo

Excellent location with so much to do. We loved our trip and time here. Place was very functional for our family of 4 with two teens Bot and Girl. Loft space was perfect for them to get away. Location provided so many wonderful hikes/beaches/excursions. We left early every day and would come home for a quick hot tub and then out to dinner. Then came home to crash in the wonderful breeze and sound of the ocean.

Quiet, relaxing vacation

We found this location to be great for us, perfect combination of restful beauty to relax in and plenty of activities and sights to see nearby. Especially enjoyed hot tub and congenial conversation with other guests. Amazing views from the cliffs, even walking around neighborhoods close by, sighting albatross nestlings. Great time! Owner was very responsive to our needs and comments.

Great Princeville location

The location was perfect for all North Shore activities. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The Cliffs facility is excellent. The owner is very easy to communicate with and provides many excellent tips on activities around the island. One of our favorite activities was the Allerton Gardens Sunset Tour by the owner.

Perfect north Kaua’i condo base

Cary’s condo was great. His attentiveness to making sure we were taken care of was phenomenal. That makes it right there. Property stunning, staff very friendly and helpful and not at all a pretentious style condo. Super clean and safe area and views spectacular compared to south end. Definitely would use this unit again for our family.

We stayed at Cary’s condo for a month. The place had everything we needed, from coffee grinder to beach gear to blender. Cary was a very responsive & communicative host too. We could not have asked for more.

Beautiful area & accommodations! Loved the pool, hot tub, rec bldg & activities, being able to grill, etc. Loved the sunsets over the water!! Easy to communicate with owner! Very helpful customer service! Condo had everything we could possibly need!! Wonderful place to connect with family!!

Perfect for a small family

The property was as advertised and worked out well for our small family. There was some helpful beach equipment and all we needed (plus more) in the well equipped kitchen. We were worried about the lack of AC but the breeze and fans were sufficient. Cary was responsive and helpful.

Home away from home

Very clean and comfortable condo! The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and touched base with me on multiple occasions to make sure I had everything I needed. A multitude of amenities on site and staff with great customer service. The location was perfect, just down the road from the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and beaches. It was also far enough down the road to still be quiet at night. I highly recommend.

While we did experience a couple of minor hiccups in the very beginning of our trip, the owner was very responsive and took care of everything immediately. The Cliffs is an exceptional setting and the house had everything we could possibly want and made for a great home-base during our stay on the gorgeous island of Kauai. Thank you, Cary!

Fantastic stay!

We had a lovely time at this great apartment with our 3 month old. The apartment is located in The Cliffs community in Princeville and has one of the nicest ocean view lawns at minutes walk from the apartment. We enjoyed the quality furniture, quiet bedroom, and made frequent use of the washer and dryer. The pool is great and we enjoyed the short botanical walk at the back of the apartment. The north shore of the island is just stunning and we are happy we stayed here. Make sure to make reservations for the Ha’ena State park and the lighthouse as they were both highlights. Cary was great in communications and checking in with us. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great host and beautiful living space

This is a lovely comfortable condo which was a great set up for our family with small kids. The loft space was perfect for our two kids who enjoyed their privacy but liked being close. The beds were comfy. No bugs or critters to be found inside which I appreciated in a tropical location. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were many nene on the grounds which we loved if you're into birds. The pool was great for our kids too. Cary, the host, communicated with us throughout and helped whenever it was needed.

Great Stay Again

This was our 4th stay at this property so I have commented previously. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff which is why I gave a 4 on cleanliness. The owner immediately contacted housekeeping and sent them to our unit. Everything was taken care of and it wasn't an issue. One of the new upgrades this year was the built in entertainment unit. This allowed the owner to put in a little larger TV. We appreciated it greatly. Cary is the most attentive property owner and really wants to make sure your stay is great.

Nice 2BR with 3 beds convenient for parents with two kids. Owner really responsive to questions. Nice to have boogie boards and snorkeling equipment to borrow. Bathrooms look recently updated. Great mattresses. Would definitely return but probably in summer when weather better.

Beautiful Condo with great Amenities & host

We loved our stay in Cary’s condo! The condo was clean and bed was comfy. Check in was easy. All the amenities were great. Cary had beach stuff in the condo that was great for our trip. We used the chairs, cooler, boogie boards and sand mat almost daily. We also had our baby with us and having the baby gate, pack n play and high chair made traveling with an infant significantly easier. We also used the complexes pool, hot tubs and kids jungle gym outside. And the view from the cliffs was beautiful. Cary provided lots of tourist information that was helpful. The condo was close to Hanalei where we did most of our hanging out. There is a grocery store close and plenty of parking at the complex. I’m so glad we stayed here and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Kauai!

Beautiful serene spot

The condo was great. Staff was friendly. Cary was super responsive. We had a very minor issue with the fridge that was taken care of right away. Princeville is a beautiful area and I’ve stayed at tithe condos where bugs were an issue. This was not the case at Cary’s place. We were schooled at the lack of bugs. We had a great time, very close to sight seeing, snorkeling beaches and farmer’s market. Hope to be back soon.

Staying at “the Cliffs” was the perfect quiet location

Owner was very responsive, unit was clean, included everything we needed and more, location was quiet and peaceful “Cliffs” community has much to offer for fiamilies or couples with activities or quiet, pools and spas and more would definitely stay here again

Perfect in Princeville

This condo was perfect for our family of four during our stay on Kauai! We loved the family time on the back patio with the constant ocean breeze! It was always a great way to start and end our day! Spectacular rental!

Can't say enough positive things about this unit and how nice our overall experience was. The location is in the prime area of Princeville. Very well appointed and excellent communication from the owner. He takes pride in his recent full renovated unit and bought quality furnishings. The beds are very comfortable, it was quite the find on VRBO! Enjoy your stay here, I hope it is available on future visits.

Love the location!

Love this community at the cliffs and location! I gave it a 4 because of the above. One complaint...the main tv is upstairs and you watching downstairs off a computer monitor. Otherwise a very nice unit and quiet due to its in the back.
