Host was amazing and accommodating when we arrived a little later than expected. Very clean space and perfect for me and my fiancée to come and go while exploring the island. Everything was beautiful and awesome! Host was very attentive to questions we had prior to arrival. Had a chance to meet her in person and she is very nice and grateful to have us. Would definitely recommend this property and host.

This compact but perfectly equipped studio for 2 was just right for our needs for several days before meeting up with friends and moving to a larger venue. The overhead fan and light unit was not completely functional and the very heavy bedframe needed adjusting, but neither one of these things resulted in a significant issue for us. Such a great place to stay. The extras that were included such as the snorkeling gear and the chairs made the trip amazing. The cooking grill and coffee pot were very appreciated. Place was super clean as well.

Great location to explore North Shore beaches. Our host was most welcoming! Very comfortable accommodations. We slept so well! Our host provided great recommendations. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or grill as we were more interested in the beaches but they looked good too.

We loved our stay at Kimberlee's studio. The apartment was clean spacious with plenty of room for our luggage. The lanai was perfect for sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the bird sounds. Kimberlee and Malana were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay again. The pool area was relaxing and never crowded. We even had the hot tub to ourselves one night. We enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and found the parking lot to be very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay in the studio! Close to everything, the charm of the North shore and beaches! Our host was very accommodating and always prompt to answer any questions! The space had everything you needed to make a few meals or relax on the lanai! Loved the decor!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for what we wanted to do and all communication was responsive. The kitchenette was just big enough to allow us to cook some meals in and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs for our excursions. If you’d like to stay in Princeville during your time in Kauai, I’d recommend this place!

Great place to stay for our north shore adventures. Condo was well-appointed with all the little extras that we forgot we needed. The pool was a nice option and refreshing for a dip after our outings. Kimberlee checked in with us and was very welcoming.

Our stay here in Princeville was amazing! Kimberlee was the best host, so sweet and excellent communication. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! Kimberlee’s condo was perfect for our time on the north shore. The studio is comfortable and well-appointed with everything needed for beach days and spending time exploring Kauai’s beauty. Kimberlee is also a fantastic host: incredibly helpful and responsive. Its so easy to recommend as a place for a couple to stay while visiting Kauai.

Great apartament and great host

Kimberlee was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our requests. The place was perfect for a stay on the north side of the island and was a relaxing end to fun days exploring.

I am a semi-retired teacher and have taught here in Kauai for over 30 years. I continue to teach for the State of Hawaii in online science courses. I am an athlete and a water woman and I enjoy surfing and compete in outrigger canoe races between the islands. I am a grandmother, a scientist, and a world traveler.
The photo is of my parents and I on a lake in their beautiful Vermont during the fall.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The folks that live in Sandpiper Village full time call it 'The Village'. Although it's a condo in a resort community we have families and working folks that live here along with the lucky visitors that we share the neighborhood with. The grounds and plantings are lush and tropical, the pool is crystal clean and the groundskeepers and management are friendly members of our village.
I rented this unit for over 20 years before I got a fortunate break and was able to purchase it in March 2019. I worked through an intensive renovation, refurbishing everything from floor to ceiling and placed in on VRBO in May. I'm hoping that my new VRBO business will help support me in my retirement!
