Too short of a vacation

This condo is absolutely perfect from location to being fully stocked. The best is the beds. The mattress is wonderful. I haven’t had that peaceful of a nights sleep in forever. The owner of the condo is super nice and very accommodating. I appreciate the quick responses received with questions asked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Property was cute, comfortable and clean. Looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen had all the best amenities, cookware, great coffee maker. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure terrific. We had a lovely time.

To say that this condo is clean as an understatement! The owners instructions for check-in were simple and clear, everything you could possibly need is already in the condo except for your clothes and your food. The location is steps from the beach and a two minute walk to the pool which is also kept super clean. Rarely have I stayed at a VRBO and not had one negative thing to say this is definitely a place I will tell my friends & family to rent. I would recommend this for families or couples who want a nice quiet safe beach getaway. The complex itself is in a great location many things are within walking distance. Also, the owner Cheryl is very accessible - although we did not need her much because the condo is so well prepared, she was always just a text message away.

Wonderful stay!

The location was great and the unit was terrific. One of the best rental units we’ve ever stayed in. Well appointed unit and Cheryl included lots of little extra things that made the stay wonderful.

Wonderful Stay in St. Augustine

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The property was exactly as described and Cheryl's strategic notes left around the condo made it feel more like you were staying at a friend's beach condo than a rental. The amenities and extras in the condo were fantastic and all you really need to bring are your personal belongings and food.

Great Unit

This unit was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some for our stay.

Closeness to the beach was wonderful. Cheryl was extremely easy to work with. This was our 2nd year in the complex and this unit was superb. If we return next year, we hope this unit will be available.

Pleasant and clean stay at the beach

This condo was just as pictured and extremely clean upon arrival. The location of the condo in the complex was just steps to the pool and the beach boardwalk, an easy walk for even our young children ages 3, 5, 7 and 9. It was an short ride into historical St. Augustine, but we were happiest hanging out at the beach and complex. The condo was well stocked felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay again and recommend this unit to others!

Relaxing getaway

This beach home has literally everything you could possibly think of needing. It even has the cutest coffee bar station! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner went out of her way to think of little extras you might have forgotten to pack. I’ve never stayed at a place that had all the thought put into little extra touches that I experienced here. We had an amazing vacation with our family. Thank you Cheryl!

Could not ask for better accomodations

Once again the condo was immaculate and tastefully and comfortably furnished. Cheryl and Davey provide everything you need for the beach and virtually every amenity inside the condo including toiletries you might forget. Right beside a beautiful beach and relaxing pool area. Close to many great restaurants and a Publix so that you can bring in food for breakfast and lunch and not cut into relaxing time. If you want a great meal with great service try the Raintree. Also only a short drive to Old St. Augustine where the town's history is revealed. Thank you again for a great week!

Excellent accommodations in a terrific locale on Anastasia Island. Photos and description of this property are accurate. It's comfortable, very clean and well stocked with everything from cookware to beach chairs. Gated community felt safe and was quiet. Easy walk to a sandy beach and all paths are wheelchair/walker accessible (be sure to catch the sunrise!) Two grocery stores, drug store approx one mile away. Plenty of dining choices in the area. 10 minute drive north into St Augustine. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach condo

It's obvious after the first day staying there that Cheryl & Dave have poured their heart out into this condo and furnished it as if they were staying there themselves. It had everything we needed and more - high quality beach chairs with backpack-like carrying straps (which came in really handy on the windy days), large umbrella that was easy to set up even for someone who had never set up a beach umbrella before, multiple coolers to take food and drinks down to the beach, all kinds of beach toys which we didn't use, but they still looked like they were in good shape, and a huge stack of beach towels. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. No leftover sand in any of the previously mentioned beach stuff, which I thought was quite impressive considering I'm still finding sand in my clothes. The complex is in a quiet location away from the downtown historic St. Augustine crowd and traffic. We loved being able to walk to the beach but still be within a 15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do in the historic district (visiting the fort, walking St. George Street, etc.). On top of how great the unit itself was, Cheryl was great at communicating check-in and check-out instructions and relevant information ahead of time so that everything ran smoothly on those days. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay right on the beach but still near the downtown St. Augustine area.

We enjoy being only 400 steps to the ocean’s edge!!! We enjoy the best of both worlds, the beach, VERY close to our unit, and the historic charming St. Augustine, only about a 10 minutes' drive away. We are so fortunate to be located in such a BEAUTIFUL area surrounded by incredible natural treasures. Our MOST favorite thing is RELAXING on the beach getting our required daily supply of vitamin Sea!! We enjoy making our condo the very best it can be for our guest. We love making new friends and welcoming them back year after year. In short, we love it all!!
