Enjoy a unique experience in a fully equipped and thoroughly decorated duplex condo (2 floors) with easy access to the private pool, garden and beach.
Located at the Spanish Trace condominiums on the 2nd floor.
Elevator available on the side of the building.
Only steps away from the beach where you can watch stunning sunsets views, birds, and dolphins.
Beach equipment also available that includes, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, canopy, floaters, sand toys, boogie boards, and more!!
Outside the building, there is a big parking lot, Tennis court, Basketball court, grills, garden, outdoor pool, and even a car wash station.
Unit has been extensively renovated for your enjoyment with new bed frames (1King master and 2 double Full beds in the second room) quality foam mattresses in all beds, high quality sheets, pillow cases and awesome comforters for a great sleep experience.
Bedrooms are located in the second floor of the unit.
3 Smart ROKU TV’s in the unit for your enjoyment after spending a day in the beach, cable included.
Fast speed internet for remotely work.
Balcony furniture also available if you decided to enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and ocean without taking a step out the door.
Kitchen fully equipped.
Smart door lock key pad for easy access.

The host was wonderful. The location of the property is perfect for beach days or a day in the old town area. Cons are the bathrooms are very small and the buildings themselves are very aged. The inside is very updated thru out.

Great property. We stayed for a weekend for the Nights of Lights. Perfect location. Kitchen was fully stocked with condiments and most important … coffee. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Property had plenty of beach chairs and other necessities. Although we didn’t have time for the beach it is good to know, if we would want to come back during the on season. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

The property should not be considered a 10 as I see in other reviews, as it is due a cleanliness overall. I will say the owner was very kind and responsive and there was plenty of room. Great location for pool and ocean use; however, it needs a very good cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We did not know that bedrooms were upstairs from the advertisement but since no disabled people with us, this was not a problem. We could have used more towels and definitely more washcloths! Decorated nicely and had many beach items there.

The condo itself was very dated and not well maintained. The outside patio had only two chairs for sitting. The living room furniture was not appropriate for four people . Online, there was no mention that the condo had two floors. The outside pool was very nice and well maintained. The beach for just a walk away.

Everything was amazing! Location was perfect, so many beach accessories provided (umbrella was broken but we just went to the beach shop down the street and grabbed a 15 one that worked perfectly!), and communication with Wilson was top notch! Definitely would stay again!

Loved the property and proximity to pool and ocean. We were never able to regulate the air conditional using the nest thermometer. It seemed to revert back to 76 every 2 hours making the nights very uncomfortable. Lack of towels and wash cloths with only 6 towels for thw week and no wash cloths added to thw challenges. Otherwise everything else was good

We loved staying at this condo which was a short walk to the beach and pool. It had all of the amenities from the listing and more. The host was easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

The condo is in a great location, steps away from the beach and a well maintained pool. It was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The furniture was extremely comfortable and the unit was decorated in a “beachy” vibe. The owner made a point to check to make sure we were enjoying our stay and answered our few questions promptly. We are already planning our next trip back in the fall!
