Terms & Additional Fees:

In addition to the platform’s terms, a signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking method, we may also require a copy of a government-issued ID and confirmation of the last four digits of the credit card on file.

Violations of agreement terms and house rules are subject to additional fines. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:

>> Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule are subject to the following fees: $1,500 event fee, $300 trash removal fee, $500 refundable damage deposit.

>> No pets allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.

>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.

>> Max occupancy: 6. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.

>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.

>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions.

>> $500+ for plumbing misuse, including flushing anything other than toilet paper.

Code compliance with local noise ordinances is required. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

Failure to comply with house rules or agreement terms may result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to a partial or full refund.

Cancellations and date changes are not permitted outside of the cancellation window, including for personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans, particularly when traveling during seasons that are prone to extreme weather that may disrupt travel.

The rental was clean and cozy. I loved the decor and layout. The beds were so comfortable. Having beach chairs and towels on the property was a bonus and a big help. It was a great location and a short walk to the ocean. The communication was excellent. I got immediate responses to all my questions and they were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again!

The condo was in a good, central location, but did not have a beach view. Only a handful of the condos could actually see the beach. We had to walk up 29 stairs and then a few more to get to the beach but it was beautiful.

Thank you for your feedback. The pool is a community amenity managed by the HOA, so its operations and access are outside of our direct control. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding difficulty accessing the pool, though we would have been happy to assist in any way possible had we been made aware of the issue. Upon following up with the HOA about this, we were advised that the pool remained open and unrestricted throughout your stay, so we’re unable to determine what issue may have occurred. A nice getaway

The condo was beautiful, very clean and has great amenities. It’s close to both the pool and beach and there are lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. It was a wonderful getaway for our family and we’ll definitely be back.

November in St Augustine

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachfront Resort Getaway. The apartment's very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, truly a home from home in a lovely community. It's beautifully close to a great beach, and perfect for exploring St Augustine and its surrounding area. We loved our stay, wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it, and hope to return. The actual unit was nice, clean, well decorated, and pleasant. However there were a couple of items that made it less than ideal. First, the unit is fairly far from the ocean, which isnt a big deal, however.... the only way to get there is UP a couple of very steep, older wooden sets up steps, roughly 30 steep steps, just to get to the next level of the complex. Then, there is a somewhat management walkway (again with steps) to the beach. No way at all to use a wagon, etc. The steps up the steep hill were an issue. Secondly the parking is rough. The "spots" are very small. We have a standard F150, nothing crazy, and it was too long for the very small parallel parking in front of unit. So much so that we couldn't use it because the unit in front of me also had a standard truck that won't fit. The visitor parking spots are at the opposite end of the development. Very frustrating and unusable for us. Disappointing stay for us.

As the home is located within a resort community, certain aspects such as the parking space sizes and visitor parking availability (first come, first served) are managed by the resort/HOA and are unfortunately outside of our control. Similarly, the wooden steps and beach access pathways are also maintained by the HOA, and we understand how this could be challenging, especially when transporting items to the beach. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps future guests better understand the layout and setting of the property.
