They are great and any issue or questions you may have they look after right away. House is in a perfect location and the neighbours are very friendly. We’ve met quite a few of them.

It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the golf cart, but it made getting around to the amenities quickly and easily. We’d love to rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property clean and well maintained. Pictures were accurate and the lanai was amazing. Watching all the wildlife in the lake. Saw the alligator living there, small one but still fun to watch. Hannah was great and answered all questions and delivered a full BBQ tank when we ran out. Would love to rent this house again. The neighbours introduced themselves and very friendly.

Disappointed with management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is located ona. Ice property but has limited supplies(dishes, utensils, etc.) The golf cart was poorly maintained and required maintenance during our stay.Management company mislead us on first right of refusal. Disappointed.

Peaceful

It was so serene watching the birds over the pond and the bunnies in the garden at sunrise. The bed was very comfortable and the home is in a great location. It’s close enough fit easy access to whatever you want to do, yet far enough away for peace and solitude.

Escape the cold

Fantastic property with a great view. Bald eagle nest outback with a pond full of wildlife. So peaceful and calming. The property itself was clean and very comfortable. Property mgr was VERY helpful. Neighbors were very nice as well. Centrally located for most activities

We liked it so much that we signed a 1-year lease with DHProperties

We truly enjoyed the views of this property on Gravel Court which overlooked a lake. It was very peaceful yet close enough to recreation centers and town squares. This home also came with its own golf cart which was great too.

Peace of mind at Gravel Court get-away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was in a excellent location and basically in good shape. It was not as clean as previous rentals from Down Home. Overall cleaning could have been much better. Oven was dirty, grill was dirty and did not work. Down Home eventually got us a new grill for the last week of our stay. We appreciate the response to our requests and understand these things take time. The management team was quick to try and help us. Down Home will be our choice in the future.
