オイットベイのビーチコテージのフロアプラン-2つのベッドルーム、2つ半のバスルーム。 クラブビーダディ＆ザブルーマーメイドはペット可のコテージではありません。



この家には、設備の整った素晴らしいキッチンが備わっています。 広いオープンコンセプトのリビングエリアは、誰もが近くにいます。 DVDを見たり、音楽を聴いたりしてお楽しみください。  海の音があなたを洗い流します。  暖炉の輝きを楽し��ながら、足を上げて本を読んでください。 便利な洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。  バックポーチのそばにある温水と冷水の蛇口を使用して、砂、ブーツ、掘ったカミソリを洗い流してください。  ビストロカフェ、ロフトマティーニバー、フレッシュマーケットまで歩いてすぐ。 「車なし」のオーシャンベイビーチまで歩いてすぐ。

Pros: Great house with lots of parking. Driveway was long enough to fit a full size extra cab 4 doors truck and a mid sized SUV side by side. For a 2 bed 2.5 bath cottage it was very big and loved the high ceilings. Big pro each bedroom has their own bathroom. Appliances were newer working well and clean. Nice BIG kitchen sink. Overall cleanliness 5 star considering it’s pet-friendly. My dogs enjoyed their stay and my allergies were not bothered at all.Cons/not really/more of FYI: 1. Would have liked more dish towels in the kitchen. 2. Lots of bird poop on porch to walk around right outside front door. 3. Front door (that faces neighborhood) we couldn’t lock from outside. The code use for cottage only works for back door.Overall our stay was very relaxing, pleasant, kitchen well equipped to cook meals and convenient for bbq’s. Love the location so close to the beach. Coming back later Sept to stay in the larger homes along the canal!

Cute spot by the ocean

Easy booking, cute and clean with all amenities included. Easy clean up process, quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and everything worked!

Perfect place

We had a wonderful quick weekend stay. All the things needed to cook your own meals, plenty of space to spread out and super clean! We will be back.

The reason this got a 3 star was more to do with the kitchen. It was a good size kitchen and the appliances worked fine but a lot of the cookware was badly damaged. I save old cookware to take camping when it gets all run down. The cookware in this house was to the point where I would throw it away. If you are looking for a place to sleep and a fridge then this is the place for you. If you would like to prepare your own meals and utilize the kitchen at all then maybe pick a different house in the community (other property reviews seem to suggest that they might not have the negatives listed below). Negatives: 1- The plastic cookware (spatula, ladle, etc.) looked like someone put them in the oven for a while as they were melted in areas and bubbly. 2- The wood cookware (spoons, etc.) looked like they would put splinters in your food. 3- There were absolutely ZERO cleaning supplies in the entire house. The only thing in the house was dawn dish soap. They want you to clean the counters but don't provide any cleaner? The front desk declined to provide me any when asked. I ended up purchasing some from the store. 4- This one is nit-picky and probably not for everyone but I am used to some stuff left over from previous renters (salt, pepper, coffee filters, stuff like that). This house is a blank canvas. Positives:1- House was clean2- Beds and rooms were nice3- The decor was nice4- Community ambiance was great5- Common areas were great for the kids6- Hot tub

Short family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the house. I really appreciate the fact that they allow pets. What’s a family vacation without them! I thought the beach was a little closer, but the house was amazing!

Perfect Location!

This was a beautiful cozy home with all the necessary amenities. The best part was the perfect location within the Oyhut Village. It is very close to the rental office and restaurant!

Great property but back steps need a banister

The only thing we were concerned about was the back steps to the rental until "did not" have a banister. My wife's mother, who is 99 fell going down those steps. We brought her over dinner on Saturday evening to celebrate Mother's Day. She is ok but it did scare both my wife and me. In reporting this at check out, the staff did indicate this will be taken care of. That is our expectation.

A nice weekend in a storm!

We came to Oyhut bay to remember our parents who passed a year ago. It happen to be on the weekend that I bomb cyclone parked itself off the coast. We hunker down for the weekend and enjoyed the lovely cottage we rented. Thank you for such a lovely cottage to stay in!

Great beach house

This was a really nice cozy house in a new development about a block from the Oyhut wildlife area and just as close to the cafe. Perfect for a spring break getaway and an easy walk to the bay side of the beach...which was much nicer than the ocean side. We will definitely return.

Great place to visit

Great place for a weekend getaway. Clean home with plenty of amenities. Beach just a short walk from home. Neighbors were loud at night and it seemed like lots of people were staying in one house. I also wish there were more food options available within the community.
