We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great with good views of the ocean. The only thing that hurt this condo was the elevator situation on the property. The property has three elevators on site- One elevator was completely down, the second elevator went down during the middle of our stay, and the third elevator was working on/off. We were stuck in the elevator one time. Waited for the elevator for 45 minutes one day to get to the beach, and then several times just had to take the stairs.

Perfect end unit condo. Spacious balcony. Was very clean. Condo felt super spacious. Quiet part of PCB. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach. Con’s: elevators were down, often times just one running so that did take forever. There was supposed to be a beach cart in our room for things like groceries to be brought in from the parking garage etc. that is missing. The outdoor balcony chairs need fixed or replaced. They are wood and not very sturdy, feeling like they could collapse at any time.

The condo is pretty nice but this was the first time that I ever had to pay 50 to park at a rental. The parking garage is so tight that you have to stop and backup to make it around the corners to keep from scraping your bumper on the wall.

It was good. There were very little cooking items in the condo and the living room furniture wasn’t as pictured. But over all it was great!

Great view. Good location. Easy access. Unit could use some updating. New and more utensils would be good. NO spices! Not even salt and pepper. (Was listed) Things need to be checked between guests stays. Tv in kids room didn’t work. Something in garbage disposal. Dishes not real clean. Fun location would definitely recommend. Just needs a few things.

Great location

Great location! Walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment. The condo was nice. Our unit was pretty basic, nothing extra (blankets, fans, welcome binder) that we've had in other condos. Some broken furniture that I reported to management.

Great vaction

Nice place to stay. Easy check in. Very clean. Condo was everything they said it was and then some. Very nice beach that was not crowded. 1 and only down fall was the parking garage only fad 6’6” clearance and had to park across the street. Other than that we loved this place and will go back!!!

Great Location

Our stay was very nice. The beach & pools were so close and convenient, as were the restaurants and shopping. The condo is a little dated and could use a good deep clean. But we were very happy overall with the condo. Great Christmas with our kids and grandkids.

Floors are very slick along with the bathtubs .the unit had drywall patches that had not been painted .the balcony furniture was very sketchy an the floor needs a good cleaning could not walk on it without our feet turning black. Couldn’t lock the dead bolt on the front door looked like the door had been kicked in an a attempt was made to fix it I am are union carpenter by trade Al in Al we loved the unit cleaning an maintenance needs to step it up a notch

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bunkroom bed in needs more bracing. Queen bedroom bed needs the same. Headboard is very loose. Balcony door very hard to push / pull.kitchen needs a more quality sunk strainer. Needs door knobs on cabinets. All this is minor and would not affect me not staying there, however these items do need attention. Also only 2 elevators worked.

Nice condo

Nice condo with plenty of space. Clean and well maintained. Appreciated the appliances and management always communicated with me when needed. There are 2 master bedrooms, but one has a balcony door. The other two rooms are smaller, but not too small. Having 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer was great with our group of 7!

Very quite, close to beach, places to eat

Very mice, dryer was a little slow in drying clothes . The beds were great. The lay of the place was wonderful The hot tub, pools were very vlean and nice. The beech was with in walking distance.

Parting Was Such Great Sorrow

This condo was amazing. Location was excellent and views were breathtaking. We absolutely loved it and didn’t wanna leave. We all thought it was perfect! Lots to do within walking distance and great for young adults. Great place for some much needed rest and relaxation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was dirty when we arrived - floors, dishes, bathrooms, balcony. Bunk bed is not the same one pictured and the railing was broken. Several chairs on the balcony were broken. Cigarette butts and mtn dew cans were on the balcony. Water heater made a very loud noise any time water was turned on in the unit - sounded like it was going to explode. Toilets stopped up easily and had to be plunged several times. Indoor pool closes any time the outdoor pool is closed. Bring your own cooking utensils. Pros: Balcony and views were amazing. Location. Parking on site. Easy beach access. Good elevators. New tvs.

FILTHY and poorly maintained condo

If I could give this condo zero stars I would. It was absolutely disgusting. Floors so dirty it left your feet black after walking barefoot. Actual food left on dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Food stuck to walls. Fecal matter on lightswitch, hair in sicks and bathtubs. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean our first night of vacation. Response from management was minimal to non existent. DO NOT rent this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here, the condo is great size, we had 7 people and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities, the beach was not busy and the water was beautiful. The location was excellent and close to so many things, no with all that said, i like to workout, and the fitneaa center was more like an office with 4 pieces of cardio equipment. So if you are like me and lift weights, you will need to get a gym membership for the week or not lift duringbyour stay.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH THE CONDO.THERE WAS CHAIRS AND WAGON TO USE. THE ONLY THING I GAVE 4 STARS WAS BECAUSE OF THE PARKING ABSOLUTELY STINKS! IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE VEHICLE YOU WILL BE FINE BUT IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE ITS NOT FUN FINDING A PARKING SPOT. MY CAR WAS HIT IN EXTRA PARKING AREA.

Just what we needed, beautiful condo, view from patio, water prefect. In the middle of PCB. Been coming there since the early 90s.

Family Vacation

We spent a week at this condo in May. Condo was great! You can't beat the location. So many things within walking distance and the beach was not crowded at any time during our stay. We read a lot about the elevators taking a long time at this condo but we never waited more than 1 minute. Parking is a little tight but was not a problem for us. My only suggestion or complaint was the patio furniture could have been more comfortable. Overall, we would definitely book this unit again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was 8 of us. Myself and husband and four children (5, 3 and twin 1 year olds) and my parents, there was so much space. As most of the time you don’t stay in the condo it’s really just somewhere to lay your head at night, we did spend quite some time in the condo and enjoyed the view and tvs. We did cook, pots and pans were there and utensils. Again most might just eat out. It had a wagon to help carry things in and to beach, a pop up canopy and chairs. Make sure to wear your bands. The condo security is very on top to make sure only the guest are on the premise and using the ammenities. Felt safe knowing people wouldn’t just be walking through the area. We definitely plan to come again in the future.
