Checkin was easy. The mattress in the king room in front of condo needs to be replaced! Customers should be pre warned that there are no luggage carts at this site so be prepared to carry all your stuff up by hand and make plenty of trips! Fortunately, our condo had a beach buggy so we were able to use that but some people were not as fortunate! The ocean was beautiful though!

Overall great time

The condo was nice and neatly kept. The property did have some elevator issues. The first day 2 out of 3 were working when we arrived. The next day all 3 went down. They did get all 3 running by the time we were ready to leave the beach. Our unit was great for a family of 4. The a/c worked great and we had beautiful views. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here with a large group again.

We come to PCB at least 3 times a year, staying at a different place each time. I have never left a review until today. This place is by FAR the BEST place we’ve ever stayed at. The parking alone is so convenient. You have your own assigned parking spot, so no worrying about finding a spot. All parking is under the actual condos. It was just wonderful and super clean. Security guard makes sure you are following the rules, and we loved that. We felt very safe. We will be back!!! Awesome place!!! Great for families!

Nice condo and location

Condo has four bedrooms and three baths. Condo and facilities are clean. Three parking spots are a Plus! Located within walking distance to restaurants, Alvin’s Island, small market and a seafood shop. Indoor and outdoor pool.

Great time on the beach

The accommodation, that we stayed in, was very comfortable and right on the beach. You have a guard at the entrance who checks to make sure that you are a signed guest to the property. We had to wear orange bracelets whenever we used the facilities to show that we were guest of the property. They had a huge outdoor pool, a nice indoor pool, a hot tub, and a very nice private beach area with two complimentary chairs and an umbrella. There was a miniature golf course directly across the street an several restaurants within walking distance of the unit. I even found some pickleball courts nearby that allowed me to play free. Overall, we had a very good time and the weather could not have been more perfect. Highly recommend this unit. And I want to give a shout out to the property hosts Krystal and Tad. They answered all of our questions and were a delight to text with. Would have love to met them in person.

Perfect Family Condo!!

My husband and I vacations with my parents and siblings (8 of us) and this condo was absolutely perfect for all of us! We all had our own space, and the dining, living, and kitchen area were plenty big for us all! Loved the big balcony as well! The host was so nice and accomating! I would stay again!

Fun Trip - Great View

The Unit 801 was great. Very spacious and a great view of the ocean. Toilet paper was thin. Please provide better toilet paper. Limited supplies in the rooms. No extra paper or soap. The 2nd bed room next to the master suit, my neice said the bed was not comfortable. She said she kept sinking in. Patio door, we had trouble opening. Needed special instructions to open the door. My guests had to go thru the master bedroom to get to the balcony. The rooms were very clean. We had a great time although we lost time spent trying to open the patio door by the living room. It was frustrating. We finally got the right instructions hours later. Please have the door fixed.

Rare find

Was very pleased with this property. Every one was comfortable and we had plenty of room with actual BEDS for everyone instead of pull-outs or roll aways. Unit was at the end of the building with little human traffic running up and down the walkways. Will definitely book again if i need the space for 3 couples and 2 adult children.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was very clean and was on the less crowded west end of Panama City but still convenient to activities. We had a fantastic time in the ocean, on the beach, in the pool, and hanging out on the balcony. Mini golf, go carts, and an arcade were just across the street. The condo is withing walking distance of several restaurants and only a short drive from Walmart. A bonus for us was the keyless entry so that we didn't have to keep up with keys among our 4 adult children.

Roomy. Very well appointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Very roomy condo for family vacation. Would recommend this condo to family and friends. We were not able to enjoy the balcony as much as we had hoped due to noise from construction next door. Also, the beach view is somewhat obstructed due to the condo location next door.

I was very pleased with the condo. The condo was only 3 floors above the parking garage. Two parking space were provided on the fourth floor. The elevators were not crowded, Loved having the two beach loungers. I would rent this condo again.

Family Summer trip

It was perfect for our group. Guys could walk over to play putt putt, arcade, gocarts while the girls stayed in. Beach chairs were a great bonus. Enjoyed everything.

Great experience!

This was our first time at Ocean Reef and we loved it. This unit has 3 parking spaces, all in the parking garage, 3 elevators for the building, keyless entry (never had to go to the office for check-in/out), and lots of room. The kitchen was really well stocked. The balcony is extra wide and the location is perfect for dining options and shopping. The lowest 5 decks are parking. The unit has a wagon for toting bags back and forth. (Sadly, we didnt realize that til after many trips unloading. It's stored in the laundry room.) We hope to rent again next summer.

Perfect for our group!

The condo was perfect for our group of 7. There is plenty of room and the balcony is HUGE! We love Ocean Reef! The reserved parking is a big plus and no crossing the street to get to condo. The large dining area table was awesome for meals and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with NICE cookware and has everything you could ever need. The owners care about their property and go out of their way to make their guests’ stay enjoyable. No wait on elevators, either! We just loved this condo! Thank you so much for it being perfect for our vacation!
