Beautiful Home and Beaches
The VRBO was perfect for 3 families to gather. We enjoyed the golf carts, the game room, the pool, and the stroll to the beach. The Santa Rosa area has many wonderful restaurants. This is a place that is worth every penny!

Fantastic location
The location exceeded our expectations! 30A is a quiet “highway” with a speed limit of 25 mph. Walkable with a trail along side it and easy access to the quiet and beautiful Blue Mountain beach and ample parking. Fun local shops and coffee all close by. Much quieter than other close beaches. The nice golf carts were a huge bonus for fun driving around and quick access to the beach. The gated community was lovely and the pool very nice. This house is so close to the pool- just the second house away. Great amenities and clean house, plenty of space for sleeping everyone (multiple couples and 10 kids ages 1-12). Both master bedrooms had closets large enough for a pack and play each. All the kitchen amenities needed. We had a few maintenance issues (ice maker in freezer and and AC issue on arrival) but both were a breeze to report with their system and taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. Had a starter set of basic soaps, hair wash, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, etc. which was very helpful on arrival. Two living spaces gave room to spread out. Really only thing we didn’t love was the carpet (needs replaced and was a little smelly when humid when AC wasn’t working). Otherwise normal wear and tear of a rental. Extra bedding provided too for pull out beds. We didn’t use them but nice to know. Very helpful FAQ list on booking and floor plans to know how to plan sleeping arrangements. Thanks for a great stay!

Hits the marks
A holiday stay for family time was suited to this property. We had asked to check in a bit early, given it was Christmas and unlikely anyone would be checking out that day, but the management is quite rigid. That has some advantages in that they have a strong ticket system to respond to any issues during the stay, but tended to make the interactions a bit more cold. Still, fine location, spacious property, perhaps a bit over-priced for the quality of the property, and with good supporting structure should needs arise.

Perfect Family Vacation
It was big enough to fit our whole family 3 grandparents, 6 adults, and 9 grandchildren. The living room area and kitchen were spacious and never felt crowded at all. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to on the golf carts. The host was very detailed and we felt like we had all the information we needed. The host was excellent and quickly responded.

Very nice house
Great place to stay. Plenty of room. Some convenient rooms with multiple beds.
Everyone had plenty of space to stretch out.

Lobello 50 Anniversary Vacation
We had a great time in Santa Rose Beach. The house was amazing and everything that it was advertised to be. The property manager was great to deal with and was always prompt when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

We love this area, the people, and the inspiring emerald green waters. It's rare that a week goes by that one of us doesn't text the other to say how incredibly beautiful our area is. We still have to pinch ourselves. We've stayed in guest homes, hostels, pensions, surf camps, huts, casbahs, tents, and luxury hotels all over the world. We understand travelers and feel the connection. We're excited to welcome guests to our unique homes in Destin, 30A and Okaloosa Island and to share our passion for the Emerald Coast!

Shenanigans was the perfect "huge" property that was close to my favorite beach on 30A. We knew that by adding a game room with that will entertain families of all ages and providing all of the toys (that end up costing a fortune) for free, we could create a home that would become a family tradition for our Guests for many years to come.

Important Information: NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.
NOTE: If you would like to reserve VRBO more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!
NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.
NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Bliss during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.
